  Hi all

  I have a 6550 ProBook HP running Windows 10, I was installing drivers and managed to install everything except 3 devices (device Base system device Base system and unknown device). I got up on the site of HP support and noticed that they only have drivers for Windows 7, so that of not going to work. I installed a program that told me the devices that need drivers were 2 x ACPI supported and an AHCI device supported.   If F9 does not run the diagnostic, then most likely to replace the hard drive.  Once the new drive in place, start the recovery DVD series that was made when the PC was new.  If you do not make them, or they are lost, order a new set of HP.

  I managed to do work by turning the phone on and off the power while it was plugged in to the computer.  Strange.  But now it recognizes the phone and downloaded the appropriate drivers automatically.  Just a tip for anyone else who might have the same problem.

  As mentioned above, you will not find the Toshiba drivers designed for Windows 2003 R2 server.
  But don t worry, and don t give up.
  Windows XP drivers must simply be compatible and you should be able to install the Xp drivers on the Win2003 Server operating system.

  Officially, your computer does not support Windows 10 because it is an old model. Supported are only Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
