  Hi, I just upgraded my Lenovo Yoga 2 13 10 Windows and the keyboard is not turn off as it should. It turns off in tablet mode, but not in the tent or booth, and it is a problem that I can not use stand as my cell phone goes haywire. In addition, notifications little don't popup when I change mode so I guess it's something to do with not having the app of transitions.   Who has not worked for me, oddly enough. However this morning, I thought I'd try a few different things so finally I finished downloading the 2.0 software of Transitions for Yoga 2 Pro Windows 8 and that seemed to work. Weird, but it was designed for Windows 8 but well, it solved my problem.

• A sound signal when executing an application in a VMWare Image of XP

  When executing an application, I noticed a heinous system Speaker beep whenever I try to use an application. Turned off the coast of all the properties of the system, I was able in the machine of the virtual computer and the system of my laptop, but I still have this terrible noise. Makes the application running in VMWare quite difficult. I was hoping someone knew a solution or keeps doing that. The application, as I have tested, does not that noise when running on the installation of the base.

  XP pro fully updated on local and XP Pro SP2 on virtual image. Using the latest version of VMWare Player.

  I tried to disable the system speaker AND sound card to the level of the local device manager and it does again almost as if VMWare is without going through the local system to use of any resource made this terrible noise.

• iMac darkens when in display mode using target (TDM) and the lack of brightness slider!

  Hi all

  I use a MacBook Pro (13 "to end 2011) and iMac (27", by the end of 2012). Both are up to date, running El Capitan 10.11.5. They are connected with a thunderbolt cable in order to use the iMac as a second screen (TDM).

  Now, when I press CMD + F2 to the iMac, iMac gets used as second screen as expected, but it goes really dark! He's not black, you can still see the desktop but on a sunny day, it's really hard to see anything. Now, it's pretty embarrassing, but the second part of the question makes it a pain in the *. When the iMac is dark, I always go to the system preferences and open the settings for the display. I can see a window with the parameters for the iMac, but there is no cursor for the brightness! There is no way to make it brighter!

  The only solution is to disable the target (CMD + F2) just display mode to enable it again after a few seconds. Sometimes I have to activate the TDM twice but sometimes it takes 4 or 5 loops toggle just to see the brightness slider!

  Any ideas why this happens? Any advice on a possible solution? Why - what is darkening the iMac? Why is the cursor missing?

  I have a problem in a sequence of test bench, where I use a LabVIEW VI to read about 20 tensions from analog input of a PXI chassis.

  I use the VI in several stages of test of multiple numerical limit, and sometimes the VI returns all zeros (i.e. 0,00000), causing the step to fail.

  If I run the stand-alone VI, I always get a true result (even if it's a reading of 0.001154).

  If I run the sequence in Single Pass mode, I don't get a failure.

  If I run the sequence in Batch mode, with a different sequence file, which also advocates the VI over several steps, I get these occasional failures.

  The most likely cause of the error is a configuration error in the dnd.properties file that configures the connector for Siebel Disqualification.

  As correctly mentioned buxant, batch/Simulation profile values are read as substitutions to the values of the basic profile. Once you have updated a parameter value in the batch, a record for this parameter and corresponding updated values inserted into the INIT_PARAMS_1 table. Demantra engine when run in Batch mode look at INIT_PARAMS_1 and when a record is found, it takes the value of the parameter here. If the parameter does not exist in INIT_PARAMS_1 (which means no ovreride has been done to the value of the Basic setting), then the engine will search it is value in INIT_PARAMS_0 ONLY.

  If in the case only you update BASIC profile, even if this setting already had an update in the profile of BATCH, then engine still will look on the old value profile of BATCH update.

  If you want to watch the value of basic profile of the engine, then you must manually delete the record for this INIT_PARAMS_1 table setting.

  The problem is, I believe, tied up in a change quite complex, I do it for the current development tree (2.5). Here's yet another patch for 2.4.16 that would deal with this specific problem. I am not sure 100%, because there might be an effect of skin of onion here and further changes may be needed. The obvious solution for you is to use separate instances of XmlModify or rewrite your XmlModify code to use XQuery Update directly. The latter is preferable since XmlModify will eventually disappear.

• End of 2015 iMac 27 inches 5K screen lights up when the "sleep mode"

  When the iMac is in "standby", sometimes the display lights for a while and then turns back off the coast. Screen does not completely, simply turn the backlight (it's like when you see a black image with the high brightness level).

  I know the iMac turns once in while when the "sleep mode" to access the internet and such things, but I don't like the screen turn on like that.

• IQ816 to crush when waking Sleep Mode

  This seems to be my last problem.  I had a virus.  Who cleaned up.  I also had problems with the Nvidia driver, so I've updated that.  I tried a repair of this problem by using the System File Checker.  Does not solve it.  Registry cleaner is not set, or it detects a problem.

  When I exit mode 'sleep', I get a blue screen with lots of words telling me that something has happened.  Then the pc restarts automatically.  Good boots.  But it should not be reset when you wake up from sleep mode.

  Anyone know what I should try?  I really want to do something drastic like a reinstall.  Not when he's running and soft start beyond this issue.

  This has been resolved.  It turns out that I had an infection bad rootkit here.  I had to go to a Vista forum and get special help to remove it.  I had one of the more recent variants TDL4 and he was causing with reboot leaving sleepmode the freezeups and slowdowns and crashes.  As soon as I cleaned up the infection, all who went.

  I have found that the infection by chance.  I had a strange task to complete my scheduled tasks.  And when I started looking into what it was, it leads to realize that I had a serious infection of TDL4.  You never know today.  Just happy I was able get this help and get rid of it.
