  OK, first you have to find the item of menu muse generate. In the example you provided is #menu1564, but it could be different in the final output. Use a tool like firebug (Firefox extension) for easy detect your menu item.

  ESC and F1 through F12 function keys seem to be in the Mode of action key (for example flight gives HP, F6 system information allows you to change the audio levels, etc.)- and I prefer to keep the standard functions of these keys (for shortcuts in Word and Excel, also for Express Scribe transcription software).

  I found Ctrl + Fn + the function key corresponding is workaround to achieve some (but not all) the standard functions - but which is cumbersome when used frequently. Workaround doesn't seem to work for the ESC key.

  Problem is now resolved, thanks to HP Technical Support phone line. Their tips were:

  * go to the BIOS Setup in the usual way (shut down, then power on, press ESC, choose F10 for Bios configuration)

  * Choose the Information System

  * arrow above to advance

  * Choose the Configuration of the device

  * Uncheck the Fn key switch

  * Save, etc.

  The corresponding option is more referred to Action Mode button for this model of HP laptop, at least not for the version of BIOS this Probook 650 G1 (worm 1.36, 25/04/2016).

  (b) systematically lower settings security of the browser to download a file, then re-enable the options (browser.safebrowsing.enabled and browser.safebrowsing.malware.enabled)

  As much as I know Firefox does not remove downloads. However he screen to them:

  Well, too bad. I realized the mistake I did.

  When you work with 'request report queries', there is an option to include variable bind, for example the application or page elements.  I had already done that, but for some reason, thought that I also had to pass the parameter and its values in the URL.  This is not necessary since the report query query already has the issue of the application/page related to it.  The following URL works fine:

  myapexsite.com/f? p = 456:2:1234567890:PRINT_REPORT = report_1

  And, Yes, it's the URL that is provided when you set up a "application report query.  I was thinking too hard.

  With the help of experts on this forum, I corrected some problems of dash/tab on my two Master Pages.

  Here's the thing, though - it screwed up the four pages that I already created (and then manually set): the text in the placeholder on the top right text that I had already added to these pages and did other things also.

  I need to create Master Pages to use for all new pages I create in the future?  Or is it possible to set a Master Page and then tell InDesign to apply these changes to the new page I create, but to leave alone the pages already created?

  If the pages need to be different, you can create a new master page for each of these appearances. Conversely, if it's just a one-time deviation from the master, you could click the document page and choose replace all elements of Master Page in the Pages panel menu. The duplicate text boxes that you see is because you have redone the master to the pages of the document. This could be avoided by setting the text frame on the Master Page as a main text block.   If your menu is on a master page, try to stick it on the actual page: it worked for me. Also: right click on the menu item and go to the fix > put to the, to make sure is above everything else.

  Just uninstall the software that allows the protection against shock in Add or Remove Programs Control Panel. This can cause to have an "unknown device" in Device Manager.
