Disappointment with Motorola

That's why I bought the MotoGP, it will get the upgrade to the marshmallow.

My previous phone (samsung S3) had already 2 years old when I bought it, is stlil 4.3 (iirc) currently running.

And I would have a secure operating system. When / if my office would break, I have to use it e-Banking.

When I googled on "motorole motorcycle g Marshmallow" and on "last weeks post" I still don't see a definitive date.

But they are close to one out I think, just wait!

  • Still disappointed with Apple TV Surround Sound!

Well, after several months of use of the Apple TV4, I must say that I am still very disappointed with the sound surround.

I have an audio receiver system and decent surround speakers, but since the purchase of the ATV4 the sound is not as good as it used to be, and it is poor compared to the other entries like Sky HD for example. I set him up on a possible adjustment of best Audio 7.1.

Its mainly the question of when I watch a movie. If listening to music it sounds good, but put a movie and I always have to turn up the volume. For example I was listening music to-30db on the amp but watched The good Dinosaur with my family yesterday and has to turn his up - 15db and before someone mentions - 15 is stronger than-30 on my system with 0db reference sound.

I don't understand why there is a big difference between music and movies. Netflix even sounds better. Sky HD sounds better. I had enough discussions and reviews on here for sure that I put it in place correctly but still his pants.

Come on get Apple sort it is so frustrating!

Hello. The sound on the movies is weak to allow plenty of room for loud sounds. The coding of the sound film was made when the film has been digitized. ATV is just passing the bytes on your amp. Sky is a broadcaster, so they compress the audio, distort in the process. Hard to say what Netflix is up to.

  • S104nl Pavilion X 360: disappointing with HP, no support forum and HP 800 euro x 360 convertible s104nl does not support the SSD!

I'm sad and I am disappointed with HP because I have no support in this forum (two question http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Upgrade-to-SSD-in-my-new-HP-X36... and http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Hp-x360-s104nl-is-compatible-wi... ) and that my HP Pavilion x 360 s104nl of 800 convertible euro... does not support SSD!

I've tested my new SSD with old Acer laptop, works perfectly, in my new HP x 360 is not recognized!

    Antonio

First of all it is a user to User Forum. We do not work for HP and HP are not responsible for what is said or not said. Now a version of English language of your maintenance manual is not accessible. Closest I can find is the one that covers models up to 099 and is probably correct:

    Manual

The x 360 is not really meant to be open and updated by end users and when the laptop was sold to you no one said or implied that change hard drive for one SSD has been supported or allowed while keeping the warranty. You a Crucial SSD of MX200 with no information saying it was compatible and decided to install it.

Access the hard drive appears on page 29. Yes, any computer that uses a SATA hard disk can use a 2.5 inch SSD SATA. Function properly, but if there is a model that has given the most compatibility problems is the MX Crucial series. Do not know why. Chances are that a different SSD will work very well. My favorite is the Samsung 850 Evo. OCZ made a good whole as PNY and SanDisk.

This is how I think that the best information that you're going to get. Let us know if you have more specific questions.

  • disappointed with dell

I continue to be disappointed with dell.  for many years, I bought a new dell every year and has always been very happy with them.  I went to dell for my last purchase and could not complete because the ability to design my own apparently was not available.  Unfortunately, I went to Toshiba and bought a computer.  now, I'm back to dell, in the hope that they would have solved their problems and I was still able to get a computer of my design, but again am disappointed.  now I'm going to find me a competitive company that will allow me some choices in my design of the computer

    Hi JLBaud,

    Thanks for posting.

Apologies for not being able to configure a system exactly as you wish. Everything most computer manufacturers have disappeared with the most common configurations that customers want. We have systems that are more configurable than others, have you checked the plug or on the lines of Latitude and Precision?

Hope this information helps.  Let me know if you need help.

  • Disappointed with Beats and Apple. :-(

Hi there does anyone have a similar story...?

I had my headset wireless of beats for less than a year and have unfortunately experienced problems almost from the beginning. I just deliver the product off for the third time (if it is 4 times in the last 11 months) for a repair by Apple. Given the frequency of the problems (battery not charging, volume control is collapsed, ear piece broke in two, etc.,) I thought that it is prudent to contact Apple Customer Relations to discuss what would happen if this product has not yet given that surely there hypothetical until my one year warranty would have expired and they could tell me to walk.

I don't know about you guys but money doesn't grow on trees, and I would like to buy things from brands as well...

I called Apple this morning, and a person of customer relationships under the name of Rob proceeded to listen with courtesy to the situation. He shot to the top of the history of the product such that referenced and checked the info I had relayed to him. What I was looking for was a road map on how to proceed in the event that the product has beaten again.

I proposed that, if an automaker has a defective car, they are a reminder, and if Apple has delivered, unbeknownst to them, a product that fails to realize that they would work to find a fair solution for their client/s. After all, Apple products, I (computers, iPads, etc.) are perfect so perhaps I we could pursue another solution by applying a token credit toward a future purchase when this repair imitates previous efforts. Equity? I suspected.

    It was my suggestion.

Rob, after a pause of the enclosure, argued that Apple was not able to verify if my previous problems have been primarily true, since they do not have anyone to test the products they are returned. It seems only fair, they opted to send me a new product every time. I should be happy with this level of service, and if the product had to have a new problem and the guarantee should be active (that we know about the product is 11 months old), then proceed as they have in the past with a repair / replacement.

For a product that has been difficult from the GET go I expect basically nothing from Apple. The agent that I had on the line says nothing about tribute to purchase in good faith. The proposal, which he said was almost cynical in his knowledge my warranty would be in place in a few weeks. Implicit is the fact that I can go for a walk when and if the product is defective for the fourth or fifth time.

I want to give a shout out to Apple, that's not who they are. This "sitting bull" / instrasingent stand is not in the manual of anyones fair customer relationships. I can't help but think that, as a woman, they thought they could just sweep me under the rug and make me disappear. I could go further, but not before considering to put back money for a Apple product. I now have a suspicious reserve about Apple - friends of the weather... I paid a premium for a product I thought would deliver high-end performance and design and I got a lemon. Now they say meet go make lemonade.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is not what the customer service and is close to the good corporate citizenship.

  • Tecra M4 crashes afer pairing with Motorola mobile phone

Try to set up the connection between Motorola Mobile (V545) and follow-up Tosiba Bluetooth help instructions to the letter. Using the Connection Wizard, the mobile pairs with the laptop and accept pairing OK but then fails to generate port / connection modem - the wizard just hangs.

Later installed Toshiba Stack and all the drivers seem to be there in Device Manager. I made sure Fn + F8 points to Bluetooth and or Bluetooth/WiFi, as have been successfully performed wireless connection between the office and cell phones with Internet connection.

    Any ideas most welcome.

Check your device manager if you can see any conflict with other devices.

  • My MXPE will not pair with Motorola Power Pack Micro

Since I got my MXPE, I kept it connected to my Motorola microphone for the power supply (CMCS).

I use this to Smart Unlock.

All of a sudden, after restarting my phone last night, the MPPM connect is no longer. Moto Connect no longer sees the device. I unplugged the appliance Moto Connect, cleared Moto Connect cache and memory, has ran the phone in safe mode, deleted the partition to cache MXPE. Nothing seems to help.

I am still able to pair my phone via bluetooth with other devices never seen before. I am able to pair the MPPM with another phone (Lollipop running) by using Moto Connect. Just the MPPM cannot be seen.

I'm sure that there is a problem with bit 6.0 on my phone. Initially, I've matched the MPPM when I raced Lollipop. Then I got the 6.0 update. He worked for months until last night. It might take a 6.0.1 update to correct it, but a long waiting period (if it ever comes). Is it possible that this could be fixed in the Moto Connect itself application? Anyone know of a way to encourage the Motorola to look on this?

OK, based on a post in another thread, where the problems of bluetooth magically disappeared, I decided to try again. Now it works! I don't know what's going on, but I won't complain.

  • Problems with Motorola Defy India Froyo update

    Hello

Its been about 2 weeks since I've updated my phone to froyo through motorola.com/update update. At first I did not notice anything, but now I realize the following points:

    1. any photo with flash becomes completely black.

2 - UI is slow. All transitions are always smooth earlier, but now they more often take a while.

3-autonomy seems to be reduced sometimes. The last charge lasted just 15 hours before I was invited to reload, with "the Android OS' taking up 30% of it. And it wasn't because of voice calls, they have not yet listed.

When I first called Motorola India support about a week back, I was told that a new update was just released 2 days back and I should go and re - update my phone on the site. But when I tried to do this, the software told me that I already have the latest version.

His is only a little over 4 months since I've owned this phone, which a full 3 weeks, I had not because he took the India support people who have a lot of time to replace my original phone with a new due to the problem of infamous restart associated with this phone. It seems to make a lot of sense when I bought it, but I now wonder if I made the right choice.

    -Sid

The first problem is an easy fix. Clear data and cache of the camera (if applicable) by going on settings > Applications > manage Applications > [all the tab] > camera.

Your battery problems Android OS may be a known bug in Froyo with the init process. This can usually be corrected by activating USB debugging in settings > Applications > development.

  • BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone will remain not functionally paired with Motorola H500

I managed (at the beginning) paired my H500 with my curve.  After a few days, the State might be involved and there is no audio routed to the headset.  I wiped my phone and restored.  Problem solved for a few days, but now I'm back in the same boat.

    I tried to remove and re-"coupling" - doesn't help - it's worse.

    Symptoms:

Curve to find and match H500.  However, it gets stuck and says "waitng for Motorola H500" no matter how long you wait.

It you give up in the screen "waiting...". ', devices appear to be matched, but there is no audio data.

The choice of the "Disconnect" menu is initially present in the menu device paired on the curve.  After you select "Disconnect", the choice of the menu 'Connect' never appears in the menu device paired on the curve, so you cannot start the connection from the curve.

Any attempt to connect/disconnect via the H500 (after mating) fail.

    Hope someone can help me.

Never, I selected (intentionally) "Don't ask this question again".  I do not think I did accidentally either.

Yes, bluetooth is turned on. I have also turned off and turned on again to see if that would call to zero anything.

If I click on Setup > Bluetooth > BB button > add device, the BB will search and find my earpiece. Then I click on the H500 and he asks the passkey, i.e. when 'stuck' in mode "waiting for the Motorola H500".  The H500, estimated at this stage, it is paired with the BB and if you press the button "Cancel" and out of the "waiting...". "window, the BB believes while he is paired with the headset, BUT without audio...

Ok. Thanks for the replies. I assume you have the H500 mode thus matching and you enter the password on the BB and it is when you're stuck?  I know that you have tried to remove and reinsert the routine.  At this point, I wonder if your listener getting really into pairing mode so stuck.  He does not receive the authentication key.  Warranty?  Try pairing with another BB?  Just try to eliminate the variable as much as possible.

  • Pairing with Motorola S9 Bluetooth broke up with the 1.2 update

Hi, I use my Motorola S9 bluetooth headset with my pre since the launch day and have had no problems until the 1.2 update. After the update would not connect the headset, so I deleted the profile of the pre and re-paired the headphones. The pre shows that it has been integrated and configure stereo music and hands-free profiles, but the helmet indicates that he did not associate (and does not). I tried several times and once did get the headset for listening to music of the pre, but after turning off the headset and turn then back on again once pairing has been again 'broken' (once again the Pre showed it was connected, a check mark next to Motorola S9 under bluetooth) (, but connection helmet light flashes 'blue' as its looking for a device to connect to).

    Any suggestions?

    JT

I think that I thought about it. The S9 can store the pairings for up to 8 devices. I think that what happens is he sees the Pre 1.2 as a different device and is not automatically connect to it, it is looking for the 1.1 unit (I guess right here). In order to connect the headphones, I need to press the play/pause button to re-establish the connection between the pre and the helmet. I've never had to do before, the S9 is supposed to automatically connect to the last device that was used, and I use with my pre, but at least now I can get them to connect by pressing the play/pause button.

  • Disappointed with the upgrade of Adobe CS5.5

I just bought the upgrade of CS3 Production Premium CS5.5 Master Collection and am very disappointed... and have not yet installed yet.

The box of the Adobe Store came with NO manuals, not so much as a vulgar piece of paper that says hello. Just 3 discs in a small box and a note on execution of do not on 32-bit win...

I am in my box of CS3 and it's about 2 feet in length and textbooks are dog-eared and well used...

So I called bead, and they said they would be happy to sell me a bunch of training... They no longer understand manuals with their products.

Really? No manuals?  Now, I have to spend another $ 500 on textbooks?

I am very disappointed... Will need to maybe just return... At least I know how to work CS3...

No one understands more dead tree books. PDF files are available online, and I think that they are included on the DVD as well.

  • Disappointed with the availability and restrictions

    Hey community!

I live in Czech Republic, Central Europe. We have one of the best in Europe's contactless payment structure. As soon as this month in my country, banks are the release of applications for the Android platform (since they have an open NFC API) that pretty much everyone can link their bank account to a phone with NFC and pay with it in a few seconds.

I have always supported Apple and I'm loving my iPhone 6 Plus with my new Apple Watch. But since I only paid not a small sum of money for this devices and "Apple pays" is a large part of their feature set, that I would like to ask you what is the motivation of locking down the APIs of NFC (?) When Apple cannot deliver Apple pay and I have absolutely no interest in many European countries.  Even the younger Samsung pay is already ready for payments worldwide.

It is a huge limitation for me and many other people here and in other countries, very angry about this.

    Best regards

    Hi Ondra

I'm afraid that anyone here can answer that (it is a community based on the user - you don't talk to Apple here) and it is also not permissible here to discuss or speculate on the policies or decisions of Apple.

If you want to submit feedback to Apple, you can do it here:

I received a defective unit? Is this really a screen 1920 x 1200 (about 240ppi)? 2 GB of Ram? Processor 1.6 GHz dual core? Really, doesn't seem like it!

Am I the only one having a bad experience with this thing? Would be very grateful of your experiences.

Also, I was unable to find a guide on rooting and put a stock ROM on this thing. All directions?

    Thank you

Sorry to say, you're not alone.

I also got distraught Lenovo customer support, wonder why they even bother with this 'service '.

We had planned for the purchase of several thousand 10 + HD tablets for our employees.

After getting a few units, including a personal Tablet for my use, I cancelled the PO.

We'll buy a mixture of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition) and the Samsung Tab S 10.5 that Koreans have Lenovo broke the top hand.

  • Connect blue tooth with Motorola RKZR

  • My Q9e will not update for Windows 6.1 with Motorola Software Update.

It says it has Windows Mobile 6 Standard installed in the section 'About' tools, but after you download and run the software update, it returns a message that the phone has the latest version of the software already installed. Software update is installed on XP sp3. Clues? Not sure 6.1 offers a lot that I need, but I sometimes get an error message that my Internet Explorer browser application is obsolete and should I put to date. And the "Windows Update" option in the "Tools" menu has never worked. He always pointed out that it was impossible to connect to the server, but there seems to be no server to establish.

You're not missing too much in 6.1. The most noticeable upgrade would be threaded SMS.

Good luck with Skyfire. One thing to remember, is that Skyfire works best with a 3G signal. It goes overboard, a slow songs, but does the job. I don't remember whether or not the Q9e is 3G capable.
