• How to set a default calendar for new events in the calendar on Macbook Pro

  Although I have studied this issue in forums, I'm still without resolution. New default event for the calendar of 'Calendar' in the game on my Mac of calendars even when it is initially unchecked and hidden in the calendars list.

  I don't see a place in the calendar preferences or in system preferences > iCloud to make changes. I would like new events, write in the default calendar for "Calendar" calendar in my iCloud.com account.

  Well, here's the scoop:

  To set the default calendar, open the calendar, choose calendar > Preferences, and then click general.

  I found my problem.
  The USHolidays calendar was read only and some how has been chosen.
  When I select my home calendar I can now add new events/tasks.

  Try the settings/iCloud and remove the synchronization. Wait a few minutes and then resynchronize.

  Have you tried the signature to iCloud and then reconnect?

  I use dynamic registration of events to manage my user interface events in an another VI.  Whenever I have add a new event, the event registration refnum breaks and me have to recursively go through the code and replace all occurrences.  Is there a method of transmitting refnums record event so that it does not happen?  It should be a strict type def?

  Right-click on the wire on the record node, select Create indicator.

  On the Panel before, do a right-click on the reference control, select-> Advanced-> customize. A control editor will appear, select in the top bar on the ring 'Typedef' instead of 'Control '. Register the control.

  Now, in each VI, you use the reference, you need to replace the control. Check the Help window for each wire if it is bound to the control typedef.

  Now, to see if it worked, change your registration, everything must be interrupted.

  Create a control (of new ref) and replace the old typedef control (.ctl file) with new reference control. Automagically everything should be updated and working again.

  For the "what's new" to go to another screen when sorting by Favorites, you need to open 6 other applications several times, then you have opened "what's new". If it does not move, first try to restart the watch and if it does not help, try to reset setting-> reset SmartWatch.

  I actually just talking about that the other day. Unfortunately, the timing is all or nothing. I have connected, but more deleted contacts from Facebook. I still get alerts on their birthdays. I don't want notifications for each group, only some of them. I decided that I should just disable all this, which has resolved for now. If all goes well at some point in the future, we can select which show people, or at least have more control over the notifications on the lock screen.

  Re: your 'friend' Lincoln... do you by chance a calendar with the parties on this subject? Tuesday's (president Abraham) Lincoln's birthday.

• How to: set the time zone on a new event before adding it to the calendar?

  I want to add a new event to the calendar, but when I do gets set to a time zone from the casablanca time which means GMT, I want to solve it the current time zone of users.  What is happening now is that if the user manually changes the time zone then the start time of the event changes too.

  OK, never mind, my Simulator has been updated with the different time zone, I thought he would pick uop, the right one.  Once I manually put itt o the right zoneit works as expected today.

  I created a workspace online with 14 participants. When someone creates a new calendar event, a notification goes to 14 participants. Is this expected behavior? If so, is there a way to change this behavior so that the notification will only 3 or 4 participants who are 'invited' to this activity?
  
  In addition, the second problem that is noticed is that the time of the meeting has received 14 participants is different than the one mentioned in the activity. Is there a way to correct this (set common time zone time setting for all participants!)

  Coordinator of the workspace, you can enter the settings area of the workspace and set calendar preferences to not subscribe to all the members of the calendar. You will then be able to send notifications of events targeted without notifying all users.

  The time zone setting is an individual thing. To set your time zone, go to https://beehiveonline.oracle.com/bcentral, click on my account and set your time zone as appropriate. Make sure that everyone made and meetings will happen at the right time.
