  Your Nikon 5100 requires a minimum of 6.4 ACR.

  This post was obsolete when it was written. Use the built-in support of BLOB.

  Resizing of the declarative BLOB images in reports is simple using CSS. Add a style sheet with:

  where the value of the PHOTO in the attribute selector is the ID of the image column table header. Define only a single dimension (in this case the width) will scale the image with the correct proportions. (Background, padding and border properties are just eye candy...)

  However, the scaling of the images in the browser in this way is a huge waste of bandwidth and product of lower quality images than to create good scaled down versions using image tools. Image download megapixel and then to reduce them to the size of the thumbnail result in needlessly pushing millions of bytes which will never be seen.

  For better performance and image quality, and where you need specific image scaling of the best approach is to use the ORDImage database object to produce thumbnail and preview automatically versions. Unfortunately, this is not possible in Oracle XE as multimedia is not included :-(.

• Problem with the display of the images after cropping

  Hi all

  I have a problem when I try to crop an image in CS4.  The crop tool works perfectly, however sometimes the cropped image includes the elements of the image 'offline' I think that the problem is only with the view, not the actual file.  I've saved the image and opened it in MS Picture Viewer and the image is perfect.

  I have been using Windows XP without problem.  I only did this experience since I've upgraded to windows 7 64 bit.

  Here is a screenshot of the problem, not the lower right of the image.  Any suggestions please.

  OK, I downloaded and install the AMD Catalyst Display Driver 11.7 then, I reactivated the OpenGL drawing and re-tested.  The problem has not reappeared.

  Once again, this was an intermittent problem, so I re-post if this happens again.

  I have a great difficulty to display an image without covering the 'circle' behind. I have a circle in the center of the screen. The circle is the circle of draw by draw .vi. After a while, a table is displayed in the Center. But the circle behind is still required to demonstrate. I used playback .jpg, etc... to display the image. When the image is on, however, it covers the 'ring '. I can't do it in re-trace the circle on top of the image due to timing because of the sensitivity of the search.   How about two indicators of photo?  One on the top that contains the circle but otherwise has a transparent background.

  The indicator of the photo that you draw your other image is backward in your z-order of the controls on the front panel.

  You have this option in the indicator of the Image itself. Right-click on the indicator, you will get an option something like "Image Fit with indicator" (sorry I forgot the actual name)

  I use LabwindowsCVI8.5 & NI Vision. Recently, I met a problem when I tried to apply a toolwindow on diaplayed of the image by image or canvas block, the toolwindow successfully showed, but could not work. I knew that I can use imaqCreateImage & imaqDisplayImage functions to create the image on a new separate window, then, the two work well toolwindow & imaqBCGTransform, but I just want to know is possible to use the functions of Image processing with image display as part of the UIR or as a subgroup of experts? Coz I think it will be well conventional to see the image processed in this way.

  I've always wondered why there is no control to an IUR for display of an image of Vision of OR...

  Anyway, there is a hack to incorporate a display image of NI Vision window in a Panel. It has already been discussed on this forum but I can't find the link more.

  It goes something like this:

  HWND window_handle, parent_handle;

  int image_window;
  int left, top, width, height;

  initialize the CVIRTE, etc.

  create the parent panel

  Panel = LoadPanel (...);

  get a new handle to display (optional, see the imaqGetWindowHandle documentation)

  imaqGetWindowHandle (& image_window);

  integrate into a parent group

  WINDOW_HANDLE = (HWND) imaqGetSystemWindowHandle (image_window);
  GetPanelAttribute (Panel, ATTR_SYSTEM_WINDOW_HANDLE, (int *) & parent_handle);
  SetWindowLong (window_handle, GWL_STYLE, WS_CHILDWINDOW);
  SetParent (window_handle, parent_handle);

  Position the display where it should be displayed and resize

• Why LR6 displays all the images in a folder?

  This is the prefect reason why keywords should be used to organize rather than records. You can assign two (or a lot more than two, there is no limit) keywords to the photo. It is one of the strengths of Lightroom! There is no need to duplicate the photo so that it can exist in two folders. There are many disadvantages to duplicate photos.

  It's not clear to me exaclty what you mean by

  ID the ID of the image field is? Then you have not nead a condition in your report. But here's how show you it with a condition:

  Using the sample file (AttachmentTest2_version8_launch_attachment_new.pdf) found here, http://209.46.39.53/thread/341433?decorator=print & displayFullThread = true, I use this to a form which also has an image field when the user clicks to add images to the form and it works fine, but I would like to merge/combine with the functionality of the field where the user selects a photo and image he displayed on the form.  The image field did not have the option to recover the photo when it was submitted, so I'm hoping to find a solution that, once the user adds an image using the image field, this file may be automatically added to the attachment list by the sample file.  In other words, in the sample, the user clicks on 'Add file' select / Add to the list of attached files.  Is - it possible to capture the file and add as an attachment from the field of the image and then still be able to add additional if necessary attachments.  The idea is to be able to display the image of any pic they have.  If there is a better way to accomplish, that would be great and hope that I have explained to ok.  Thank you.

  Extension with Acrobat does not give you this feature... laugh why I said you need LiveCycle Reader Extensions Server to achieve this.

  Add an Image element in your basic block. It has map a BLOB type column that will store the image.
  When running, fill the element of this Image with the built-in function Read_Image_File(), and then save the block (commit). Forms will fill the BLOB column with your image.
