• Problems with wireless mouse when laptop computer HDMI is connected to a TV

  I have a HP Pavilion G series laptop PC, when I connect to the TV using the VGA interface I have no problem, when I connect to the TV via the HDMI so I have the problem. I use a Microsoft 2.4 ghz wireless mouse, laptop connected to an electrical outlet, new batteries in the mouse, if I move the mouse more than 1 foot of the tower top it becomes useless, erratic, moves 6 inches at a time, or not at all, totally out of control. The laptop is about 2 feet from the TV due to the length of the HDMI cable, and I am sitting about 12 feet out in front of the TV with the mouse. As I know, no problem if I find the mouse in 1 foot from the laptop and no problems even at 12 feet awy using the VGA interface. Production of mouse says that the mouse has a range of more than 20 feet. Someone has an idea of what might happen? Last note, I also lookes to the use of the processor at the time and it is only 8%. The mouse model number is 3500.

• HP15-g088ca: HP 15 laptop computer purchased less than 2 years ago. Broken hinge, display cases of separation. HP, please help.

  My son uses his laptop computer HP15 home to his office, rarely transporting.  He never gave it and a sweet user.

  The left hinge seems to be broken / defective, and separates the window.  For now, we are all leaving the screen open all the time, but it's a little awkward and the problem is certainly on a laptop less than 2 years old.

  Looking at the forum, it looks like a common problem.

  We are fans of HP in general, so I hope that this problem can be solved.

  HP solved the problem free of charge, including shipping in both directions and repair.

  It took ten days in total, and we used the laptop without a problem for about 10 days more.

  It seems that the hinges for laptop and the display case were entirely replaced, and no data has been lost.

  My son is thrilled to have his laptop in return, and to my eyes, HP just went through.

  I wouldn't hesitate to buy another HP product, although I confess in the hope that:

  (1) HP manufacuring no longer uses defective parts

  (2) HP treats everyone with this problem of hinge with the same care

  Close all programs and then put in a DVD - RW blank = what happens?

  You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
  Playback of CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for parts from 1 or 2 to not work so that others do
  correctly.

  Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

  CD/DVDs have a tolerance + - and may your reading/reading on the edge outside these discs
  tolerances. They may be delivered, but it is generally more economical to replace the disk.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

• Pavilion G6 2005ax: laptop computer charger circuit problem

  My laptop HP G6 will not charge the battery and is not able to run with only one adapter. The charge LED lights up not at all. The laptop requires the battery to start but once it starts, the laptop is able to operate using the power of the AC adapter. I took it to a local service center, and the guy said that the motherboard has a short circuit and needs to be replaced.

  I decided to try to fix it myself. I used a multimeter and found that the power adapter and plug DC work correctly and give output 19.5V. However, when I tested the pins of the battery meter showed a power of only 2, 6V. I'm guessing that there is a problem in the load circuit. Can someone help me?

  I had problems to install my HP printer on my HP Pavilion dv6 PC laptop d110. He worked previously but stop and I was forced to try to reinstall the drivers, but it still fails to connect in the end I tried different drivers and even online and on the CD, but still not.   There is no you can do in addition to the replacement of the screen; continued use may cause other components to fail. Contact the support of the manufacturer of the laptop computer about the replacement of the screen. As an alternative, you may be able to locate a known local computer repair shop to do the work; I do not recommend using one of the chains of big box stores.

  I have a windows vista 64 bit HP computer. I have the bluetooth 2.0 on my computer. I recently bought a Halo of Jabra headset bluetooth (650s) and I want to pair it with my computer to use as wireless headphones. My computer has detected the headset very well and it connected with drivers installed successfully (supposedly) but I still can't so he can be recognized on all programs. I ran the Microsoft Fixez_ the peripheral and returned these recent hardware changes may not have been detected. I tried the steps it gives me and still no luck.   Thanks for your help. I tried Microsoft fix and it detects the problem, but the program is not actually fix anything. I tried to remove and reinstall with no luck to solve my problem. My bluetooth device is the active however password windows never prompted me to put one in, could it be the source of my problem? I also made sure my firewall was not blocking anything. I do not see how my computer installs the drivers and the connection is good but unit does not always show up as a viable option for audio.

  I found the solution to my problem. The drivers on the computer itself have been exceeded (the bluetooth ones). I just had to use the HP Web site. In case anyone needs help I went to support. After that they asked me to enter my computer model. I used the software that would automatically detect my computer instead (that way I can get the exact model). After that, I put in what version of windows vista, I had. I then downloaded and reinstalled my bluetooth software. Problem fixed.

• Satellite A210 - 1 4 - failed to start the laptop computer just orange light

  OK, so this is what happened:

  While my friend was working on his laptop computer that she had his charger plugged but it did not load. I discovered that the lead from the Charger AC/DC had frayed and should resolidering. After that the laptop was working fine, I looked inside the laptop to check the AC plug connector before I fixed the cable.

  I noticed that the WiFi card was broke, so I changed it to a WiFi card in my other laptop used. After back the laptop together and put the battery in, the lights on the front flash blue only and the power light stays orange as if the laptop is in stand-by mode. I can hear the hard drive turns and the CPU heats more CD-ROM drive works, but I can't start that the laptop just sits there with the Orange.

  I tried out the CMOS battery, I took out the main battery and just used the AC/DC adapter, but the same thing happens.

• Problem after installation of SP3. Computer is restart only time and time again.

  Last night, I did a Windows Update, I've upgraded to Service Pack 3. My computer was low disk space, so I deleted a lot of files that I have acquired over the years. I also removed the programs that have been rarly used to free up more space. Finally, I was able to install service pack 3.

  Retstart routine my computer to take effect and boy did. When the computer starts it constantly reboots over and over again. I can't access my profile if I'm not in safe mode.

  The only different thing I did last week was click option at my University 'connect long-term' instead of 'connect short term' to their wireless network.  Maybe who has messed up my settings?  That's what my University said of his record long term: "students, faculty and staff also have an option to easily record their computer (or other wireless devices), so that it is not necessary to authenticate each day they connect from the network wireless campus, to resources outside the University.»  However, these settings are saved on their network (I can access it online from another computer), so I think it is unlikely that he messed up my settings.

  I don't really know what the problem is.  Any ideas as to what I can do?  I don't want to reset my computer everything.
