  Hi all

  I have a MBP end 2011 that took her mother changed twice. First of all, it wouldn't start when I installed an additional RAM module (I 2x8Go) and then it starts crashing while working last summer.

  Now, this is something similar: screen (no ice optional screen hi-def) becomes crazy (black screen and then blur and not centered) then the MBP freezes and restarts. I noticed that it always happens while on chrome or safari and if I stop immediately after it starts, the display will return to normal and I can reopen the browser for a few minutes until what it happening again.

  The time it takes to do is incompatible.

  I'm under El Capitan 10.11.5 without problems so far. Chrome takes up a lot of memory, but I think it's OK but navigation now seems much more slow processing of even very frequent beach ball time when nothing else is running and the memory and the CPU usage is well within available resources.

  Have not yet done this new info from Apple but I have appointment Thursday based on the problem of the screen and crashes. If there was a MB issue they will replace for free but 1 / I need my computer operation Monday (starts a web programming crash course 2 months!) and the repair could take more time than that and 2 / even if repaired once means that I'm working on a bomb ticking.

  I intend to have a small external hard drive with time machine for the entire cycle (I on my NAS when at the office) - how convenient - but I'm always SOL if it happens during the course. I'm not a programmer at all, so it's a challenge already to deal with a failure of the computer at the same time!

  The error code you posted shows a RAM problem.  I might try the original RAM and see if it makes a difference.

  The specifications for the new RAM modules: DDR3 SO-DIMM of 204 pin PC-10600 (1333 MHz)?  Macs are very selective with RAM.  Some brands do not work well in Macs.  OWC and Crucial are the best sources for RAM Mac compatible.

  You can also try the following:

  Remove the RAM and clean the contacts.

  Take one module, insert it into a slot and start the MBP.  Place it in another location, and then start the MBP.

  Repeat with the other module of RAM.

  Essentially, you test if a RAM module is defective or if a slot is defective.

• SkyDrive displays blank thumbnails of photos. No problem in IE8

  Uploaded many photos on Skydrive. When I go into my Hotmail account I can't display an any of them - filenames are displayed, but not thumbnails. If I do the same thing with IE8, they appear without problem. Seems to be a FF issue but have tried all obvious checks on parameters etc.

• Display and boot on Qosmio G30-117 problems

  My Qosmio G30 (117) has problems to start. Basically the Qosmio title displays properly, but as soon as Windows XP appears, it is as a grid of white dots on the screen. He will then drain and take forever to get into windows. The grid of points remains all the time.

  My hypothesis is that sound my display driver, but get an update is a challenge. When I try to download from the page drivers it says that there is none. The search is based on the model of my PC, it should be no wizard

  I can't get into XP in safe mode.

  Real question is, is this my driver or is this a hardware problem?

  that looks a little a hardware problem but before we get into it, you should download www.laptopvideo2go.com drivers (Please read the FAQS on this site!) and then, if the problem persists after installing new drivers, you must contact a local authorized toshiba service.

  I'm using the Simulator 1.0.1 and tablet os sdk 1.0.1 also.

  My application's portrait and landscape mode

  Stage is transparent to manage content and controls as well as on QnxWebStageView.

  Its not work well in my Simulator - both portrait and landscape - on orientation change as event.

  When I try to run the application on my PlayBook, not able to view the content of my web view on the change of orientation.

  As is my transparent stage with controls on it.

  Im keeping the zOrder of webView as -1

  But its ok if I navigate only in a mode (Portrait mode or landscape).

  Help, please... How can I solve this problem?

  Hi all, I need to print some store good with different logos, but too bad that some of them are jpg. I set myself to 'multiply' with 60% opacity, and when I export to PDF, it actually shows pages as it should, but when I print them, these logos appear as if by magic. What the hell am I failing?   I think that your boss is wrong and sacrificing quality to the exit, he is the boss. Make a new PDF preset - start with X - 1, then change the standard to zero and check the box to simulate overprinting. Does it work?   Whenever I'm ready to export my project my first Pro CC 2014 stop answer all together. I tried the short cut (command + M) or through the bar Manu. the result is the same, first Pro CC 2014 just freezes and does not respond to what it is until I force quit and relaunch allover again. I tried exporting from Premiere Pro auto, without using the Media Encoder, but the problem remains the same.

  I use the new Mac Pro. I've heard talk of that adobe Premiere Pro has problems with the new Mac Pro. Is this true? Or another problem?

• 2014 CC & Wacom conflict problem

  I use the latest CC 2014 and OSX Mavericks with Wacom Cintiq 22HD.

  I just tried to customize the setting of the Cintiq (as Shortcut Menu Radial, ExpressKeys etc.), at the request of differenct CC. None of them work, the custom setting did not apply on the CC2014.

  I tried to customize for other applications like Safari, and it worked, so I think the problem is the 2014 CC.

  I have a Wacom Intuos 5 pro tablet.   Did you mean horizontal scrolling in mode code in DW CC 2014? If so, we have an internal problem, registered for the same thing.

• Transparency of SWF foreground on 3D problem

  I had some problems with the drive XI degrading the content of my 3D PDF files.  One particularly frustrating questions is swf lose transparency and becomes opaque to the reader XI.  I joined a SWF with transparency in my 3D annotation and set it to "prominent".  However, in reader XI, all transparent content on the SWF becomes opaque.  I am currently using Adobe Acrobat X to make the edition and publication and every thing done and seems very well seen in this version.  I had no problems in Reader X.  Is this an inherent problem with player XI?  Is there a work around?

  There is a bug in the current version of Flash Player that will make the opaque background for classic text with a defined font (not "_without", etc.).

  Text read-only TLF and text divided into contours will work fine.

  Attached is a demo file showing what works and what does not.

• Display of the PDF in preview handset problems

  I mainly work on Photoshop CS5.  All my work is it created.  My problem arises when it is create and watch a compressed PDF using "Preview" on the Macintosh.  The text is very funky.  But as expected, Acrobat itself displays all files without flaw.  My creation of PDF workflow is as follows.

  1. except Photoshop document (s) for individual of the Photoshop PDF, without diapers so I keep a single image and vector data. (I have always resize and save my documents in the intended use appropiately.  I keep all minimum file sizes when you create a document for the use of electronic mail.)

  2. with the help of Acrobat, I combine/merge my files, select the compression method suitable for the intended use (Small, Medium, Large)

  When I use the average compression in Acrobat, I encounter no problem through "Preview".  All of my text appears as it should.  Works fine, but I find myself with a 26 MB file.

  When I use the low compression in Acrobat (recommended for e-mail), I have all sorts of problems with my text in 'Preview '.  I use this option because my file sizes are half what they are in average compression.

  I know that "Preview" is not a replacement for Acrobat, but default Mac application for the opening of PDF files is "Preview", and many users that I deal with are not equipped with any Adobe software.  Is there a solution?  What is Acrobat when it compresses files for emailing?

  

  I would add that the small version that does not display the text always contains the text (I'm able to select), it is not visible.

  The problem no is not with what Acrobat is scrapped, but does seen Mac with available data. The problem is with preview. You can't have a scholarship of silk with the ear of the sow. If preview is doing a terrible job rendered pdf perfectly well, that the player will display properly, there is nothing that adobe can do.

• WebHelp display in firefox called from web application problem

  We use RoboHelp 7.03. When the WebHelp is generated, it seems that the topics of navigation all start immediately with some illegal characters. This isn't a problem in Internet Explorer: it does not take into account these characters and displays our pages to help very well. In Firefox, however, the WebHelp loops trying to open the page of the main topic and does not display the "show TOC" link to subpages. (Navigation pages, to which I refer are the skin files whgdata, whdata, etc..)

  I must point out, this happens only for the project that we call for in an application based on the web, we offer our customers. Firefox displays the WebHelp correctly opening regularly from the browser.

  I did a search and -replace operation on the WebHelp published to the web application. Remove illegal characters took care of the problem, but I wonder that if there is a way to remove these characters from the output, so he can't remember to do the search and replace whenever we publish the project? (It's in beta right now, we will be republishing help quite often.)

  You say that the behavior is different when you run help independently, and when developers are calling for help. If you are viewing from somewhere else? What happens if the aid is run from the use of the developer location but regardless of the application?
