-Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Stop 0xD1

I use a desktop PC Pentium 4 with 2.0 GHz processor.
My windows suddenly gives a blue error screen, and it says:
Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Technical information:
STOP: 0X000000D1 (0X80F6F4F7, 0X000000FF, 0X00000000, 0X80F6F4F7)
Please help me to solve his problem.

Hello

I looked at some of the minidumps posted at the above link, one of them lists MSE/Forefront (mpfilter.sys) as a possible cause and another driver of HP (Cpqdtct.sys) customer management list.

I would like to start with the update of drivers for your PC and update the BIOS and ensure that the last firmware update is applied (and also MSE/Forefront):

http://h20000.www2.HP.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=342068&prodTypeId=12454&prodSeriesId=342066&swLang=13&TaskID=135&swEnvOID=1093#120

Since the accident below published during an attempt to update bios, you can try this update in safe mode or perform other upgrades of the driver first. In addition, you can also watch memory to ensure that no RAM errors are reported.

http://mikemstech.blogspot.com/2011/11/troubleshooting-memory-errors.html

Here is the analysis of one of the landfills which shows the driver of HP client management and outdated BIOS. The General cause points to corruption of memory by a driver (but perhaps not in MSE or the driver of HP client management)

    Hello

Restart in safe mode and see if you can locate, then delete the file.

You can also try this tool to help locate the line trying to load the file: http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html some people find it easier than the autoruns tool. To do this in safe mode as well.

To restart in SafeMode easily, run msconfig in the start/search box. On the Startup tab, simply select the option/SafeBoot. Click apply/ok and follow the prompts to restart. Reverse the steps later to restart normally.

OK, so I looked on this site to learn more about this error, but nothing helped. I built this computer and turned that Vista Ultimate 32 bit on this computer for about two years without problem. just at the last mouth I had turned off windows up date because other problems, I have seen with updates vista and thought that this would have prevented the problem. But some how the computer on his own farm and now used to start the other day. I tried all F8 options and not get windows to load. then I tried to enter the repair disc CD to make a repair, but I always get errors just the change of codes under. All tried the F8 in that but still can't get it to load even the drive to repair or reinstall. I have tried other drives, memory checked, other dvd players, and there also came with errors of memory also but right now I don't know what or why its doing this... I thought to Flash the bios but I don't have a way in for cmd with the windows disk. Yes, it's a setup file of the bios but can't seem to install with on a cmd prompt.

    Hello

This bug check is issued if the memory paged (or invalid) is accessible when the IRQL is too high.

The error that usually generates this bug check occurs after the installation of faulty device or service system, BIOS.

I suggest that you open your computer and remove a stick of RAM from one of the slots, if you have the necessary expertise to do, or contact the manufacturer.

    Hello

In addition to checking the filter driver Web FortiClient also check for update with your network
drivers because there is often an interaction involved.

Check with Lenovo support, their drivers and documentation online and ask in their forums
on known problems. Update the network drivers.

  • Blue screen of death in windows xp: Stop 0xD1

every time I tried to start out of the hibernation mode, I get the blue screen.  I restarted by using the last known good configuration.  When the computer is started, the screen of support from microsoft to stop 0x000000D1 comes.  I followed the instructions for updating the Gv3.sys, but it indicates that windows did not find a better match for your hardware.   I'm under SP3, then why it wont update intelppm.sys?

Many STOP error 0xD1.  Run the driver verifier according to the instructions on this link: http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Nothing unusual in the file MSINFO32 - but XP doesn't have much info here.

18 and 19 January 2012 errors blame gv3.sys - a driver of Intel processor.  Ensure that you have all the Windows updates and update your drivers for your motherboard chipset.  If the BSOD persists, try the free CPU stress tests at this link (try the other diagnoses also): http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

It seems that you have both McAfee and Norton installed on this system.  Follow these steps:
    [b] [u] removal of Anti-Virus: [/ b] [/ u]
    Follow these steps:
-Download a free antivirus for testing purposes: http://www.carrona.org/freeav.html
-uninstall the Norton [B] [/ b] of your system (you can reinstall, if desired, when we finished troubleshooting)
-remove the remnants of Norton [B] [/ b] using this free tool: http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20080710133834EN

-remove the remains of McAfee [B] [/ b] using this free tool: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507
-[b] [u]IMMEDIATELY[/ b] [/ u] install and update the free antivirus, and then check to make sure that the Windows Firewall is enabled.
-check to see if this corrects the BSOD
    [b] [u] NOTES: [/ u] NEVER [/ b] run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

Just a note for later.  See the underclock it is stated in some of the dump below files...

Check with your manufacturer for newer drivers video card (special forces), known issues and
other possible problems - check also the video card and game maker forums. It can even be
a problem created by the interaction of two pilots (rather than the usual cause), perhaps the
video driver and a swap file error and other causes work together to create the problem.

    ==============================================================

Even if you have done some of these methods here is the complete troubleshooting tool while
    dealing with his need.

Think video drivers especially if it may be others. Refer to the section of driver in my generic bluescreen
methods of troubleshooting below. BIOS, low and antispyway/antivirus/security chipset drivers
programs may also cause this. Check the resolution of the problems and when you get to the pilot and sections tests memory refer to the generic methods in the next message and then returns to the resolution of problems
    If necessary.

    BCCode: D1 0x000000D1

    Cause

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high.

This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.

If the first parameter has the same value as the fourth parameter, and the third parameter indicates a runtime operation, this bug check was probably caused by a driver who was trying to run code when the code itself has been paginated outside. The possible causes for the error page are:

    • The function was marked as pageable and was operating at an IRQL higher (including obtaining a lock).
    • The function call was made to a function in another pilot, and that this driver has been unloaded.
    • The function was called by using a function pointer that was an invalid pointer.

    Hi AllanHolland

    (1) remember to make changes?

    (2) what happens when you try to run the Startup Repair tool?

    Step 1:
disconnect any external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc...)  Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

Step 2: run the Startup Repair tool after disconnecting all external devices, see them steps mentioned in the link below

Windows Vista or Windows 7 unbootable and the Startup Repair tool does not resolve the problem
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/934540

    If the problem persists,

    Step 3:
follow the steps mentioned in the link below to access the system recovery tools and then run the system restore

    Hello

WPN111vx.sys is a Netgear Wireless Driver. Go to Netgear and get the latest driver manually and use this
method to install it. Not just to use updated drivers in Device Manager and do not use any scan for drivers
Netgear - enter the information manually if you get the latest version of the driver.

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

    ----------------------------------------

If this does not prevent the bluescreens for this. Panel of configuration manager devices - network - click right on the
Driver WiFi and turn OFF or power off and remove the removable if external WiFi device. Use a wire to
your router if possible for this test, although what you need no network at all just to test.  Reboot to see if the
    bluescreens have disappeared.

If disable/remove the WiFi device stops the bluescreens then you must contact the Netgear Support.

Are two main causes of this blue screen BIOS and video drivers - check with the system manufacturer's Site for graphics (Video) card and BIOS, then on site of the manufacturer of the device for the last video. It may be that other drivers so check there. DISABLE the auto-pilot plant as those who are older and if Windows Updates suggest a pilot just HIDE. Antivirus is another possibility.

See methods of update driver generic in the next message.

Since the Microsoft Answers forum does not have any kind of information system request when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system.  Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

Thank you MS Answers, allowing the resolution of simple problems as frustrating and a lot of time as possible.

Provide information on your system, the better you can:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

Now provide some gory details more:

For information about video drivers, expand components, click view, click on edit, select all, copy and then paste the information here.

For information about the audio drivers, expand components, click Sound Device, click on edit, select all, copy and then paste the information here.

There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and anything that turns information private for you, simply delete the pasted information.
