  I see you are trying to scan documents using your HP Officejet 6600, how ever you getting only a very small part of the analysis. What happens when you try to make a copy, the entire page produce on the copy?

  If the HP software, make sure that the scan size is set to sweep the area.

  I just reset my CMOS settings, writing zeros for my hard drive, repartitioned, reformatted and used the recovery cd Gateway system to get my computer to Windows 98se - factory settings, except at the beginning of the recovery of the system, when it says "press any key for advanced options," I pressed a key and then I unchecked all the default (3rd party) applications including Norton and left only 2 checked: "Updated USB Hub" and "Windows Shutdown Supplement," while nothing has been installed, leaving only win98.
   
  Then I used my disc XP Home (SP2) update.  I, immediately after the upgrade to Windows XP, installed "Office XP with Frontpage, Developer Edition", then Norton 2012 before never connect to the internet.
  Then, I connected to the internet and continuously update of Norton, before ever hitting the Windows Update page. The first thing I did then was to activate Windows, and then activate the office.
  Then I hit the update of Windows "button" that says "get all your updates in one place... upgraded"Microsoft Update".  I, then, just kept hitting the page update and restart, until I find the SP3.  Then, I took a break, until the next day.
   
  I have an ADSL broadband, with a Linksys EtherFast PCI card.
   
  Then I got SP3, which installed without any problems.
  So I just kept "microsoft continuous update" manually (and reboot), until there is no more updates - EXCEPT, I always uncheck Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - which was the only screening at the final stop for the night.  I think that I ticked the box "don't ask me about this update".
   
  Then, in the morning, after you have enabled automatic updates, I noticed the yellow shield - Windows security icon (or whatever it's called), so I clicked on it and checked it was tellimg me was available [when I checked "Custom Install (advanced users)"].  What showed was 1 update - 955759 KB.
   
  After the problem, already at the reformat (months and months), see the yellow shield telling me there are updates available, which were already installed (before rebooting), I checked manually on the internet with IE 8, pressing alt, "T", "U".  There is no updated list.  Then I checked through my history of update (twice), and KB955759 had not been installed.
   
  My update setting is to let windows download ('important') updates, but let me choose when to install them.

  Just for the heck of it, I have disabled the automatic updates, cleared my browser cache, checked manually, updates from microsoft (windows) and found none (with the exception of software malware removal tool windows [which I have not installed]).  Then, I turned the automatic updates on, and without even being connected to the internet, the yellow shield popped up with the kb955759 "update"...

  1. If you open Internet Explore (only!) to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and run a CUSTOM scan, KB955759 appears in results?... If so, you manage to install it and/or security updates available?

  OPTION A:

  1. stop the automatic updates service:

  Start > run > (type or copy/paste) services.msc > click OK
  Double-click automatic updates > click stop
  (Stopping the service will take a moment)

  2 remove the contents of the download folder:

  Start > run > (type or copy/paste) %windir%\SoftwareDistribution > click OK
  
  Open the download folder and delete its content
  Close the window.

  3. start the automatic updates service:

  Start > run > (type or copy/paste) services.msc > click OK
  Double-click automatic updates > click Start
  (Starting the service will take a moment)

  OPTION B:

  1. open Internet Explorer (only!) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910336 [don't know the titles, etc..]

  2. make disappear/close the Troubleshooter automatically pop up.

  3 repaired 50202 in DEFAULT modes and AGGRESSIVE. [1]

  4 reboot.

  While editing images in photoshop cc, blocks black and whites (square) appear in the images and mean that no editing can be done in this part of the images.  I had my graphics replaced on my iMac, so this isn't a hardware problem.

  You can also try to pack the settings of your graphics card.

  Uncheck the box open CL and drawing Mode the normal value or base.  Restart your computer.

  Looks like you want to change the configuration for the "Images" in the Optimizer profile you use.
  Avoid compression with loss (no compression "jpeg"). Select 'quality '. Avoid subsampling.

  I am under Photoshop 2015.5 and CR 9.6.1
  I have created a flyer and I keep running into this strange issue.

  If I click in a text layer to change the text, this appears perfectly.
  But when I click on get out a white block will appear on a part of the text.
  The block moves at random as well.

  I had the problem of white and black last year block, and blocks never exported.
  They do so.  They export in ' Save as ' and 'save for Web '.

  You no longer see favicon for the site on the address bar, but you now see an icon that indicates what type of connection you have.

  If you click the icon with a normal unencrypted HTTP connection you will see:

  The change is for security reasons to prevent websites from spoofing the favicon as a padlock icon or another indication of a secure site.

• Strange things happening to the sepia images in Lr 4.3

  I am at my wits end and hope someone can help out me! I spent hours and hours with tech support Adobe to have a hard time to understand thick accents and not enough knowledge to understand the question. And my case was dropped because of schedules; I was busy with Thanksgiving that seemed to make no difference for the one who is not celebrating! But I digress...

  I don't really remember what happens in Lr 3.5, but it's in Lr 4.1 - 3 and the only effects Sepia toned images that I modify most of the time. Just finished about 200 images of an event where I'll put them on a DVD to music for the purchase. They all was going well when I'm done with them. I exported to JPEG, the side long 1024, quality 74. The rest of the short iMovie, long history made looks terrible, co-opted to iDVD. First time visualizing everything was good, but after several viewings after reorganization/add/remove images of the project, they look crap. For some very strange reason, many takes a pink/reddish color and often introduce artifacts that were simply not there in Lr I watched my images edited on 2 different Mac and the question remains, so not my computer.

  I have an iMac 27 ", OS 10.6.8 (completed to date), 3.3 GHz core duo, 12 GB RAM, 960 GB of free space on a 1 TB HARD drive. Warranty the display and the recalled hard drive have been replaced, so my 4.3 Lr is completely fresh; not from a backup. With the new recent HARD disk, I have not calibrated my computer at the moment. My images are on a WD 3TO with 1.25 TB of free space (a bit on the low side, but should not do anything). My camera is a Sony A33 and strictly I shoot in RAW to sRGB; using ProPhoto in Lr and for a while now that in the manual.

  I would be grateful if someone can explain why it is a problem. I need to finish with this DVD for the event, and if I can't understand this point, he has lost time and money! It is true that I did not this very long, so if this is something I am doing wrong, I would really like to know what that is...

• Strange tracks appear on slides

  I have several modules, all created in Powerpoint, and then imported into Captivate. At the top of the blade, there is a graph with bend the yellow arrows. This chart was placed on the slide master in the original powerpoint. When I import into Captivate, everything looks ok, until I have publish the files. When I open in a browser, some strange brands appear in the box containing the image - brand are a bright blue/green color and seem to follow the lines of the arrows.

  I realize that it is hard to visualize, so I've attached a screenshot of what it seems - I added red arrows pointing to the regions, I want to talk.

  These marks appear on most of the slides in the project. They really bother my boss, so I need to get rid of them. But I'm at a loss as to what causes them or how to get rid of them.

  Note: I already worked with these same files in Captivate 3, and these marks did not appear.

  It would seem that maybe brands are way to Captivate to cope with variations in color.

  Maybe try this. On the slides when you see the marks, right click on them in the Filmstrip and choose the video quality. Try optimized or high quality and see if that helps. Note that you can select more than one slide in the Filmstrip before adjusting the quality.

• bug report: warning dialog always appears on the second monitor.

  This applies to Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 (version 19.2.0). I already presented my bug report to Adobe. Here is what happens...

  1. cut the 'Application Framework'. Rearrange the palettes, and then create a new workspace. Quit and restart the Illustrator application.

  2. start a new document and draw something on it. Then close the document without saving it.

  3. a warning dialog expected pop up and say "blah blah blah...". If you do not save, your changes will be lost. »

  Results:

  Here is where is the bug: the pop-up warning will still appear on the second monitor, not on the main screen. This same bug also appears when the embedded image of Photoshop is changed and a popup will ask if you want to update. new pop up appears on the second monitor only rather than on the main screen. I even tried to go back to the main screen, the following warnings are always appear on the second monitor. I even changed my monitors autour by reversing the display ports and the problem persists.

  If anyone has a solution to this, would be great and I thank you ahead of time.

  I just upgraded to the latest version of Illustrator CC (2015.3.0 Release;) Version 20.0.0). The dialogue-box-appearing-on-secound-monitor question goes. You need to restart your Mac after installation before it takes effect.

• Text appears in the new text box even if they say do not.

  So that's my problem. I'm trying make a text based game to learn a little more about coding, but even after looking around, I can't find a way to solve this problem.

  The point of the code is to have a type writer effect, I have a button to jump at the end of the timer and show all text at once, but because it doesn't seem to be part of the issue I failed it by below.

  What happens with the code below, it's that when the button is pressed a blank text box appears instead to display the new sting of the text. If the button is pressed before the end of the text by typing the text that appears in the following image will be the text which had no time to post.

  I tested with the 2nd fair framework be T1.text = "NewTexthere" and it worked properly but when the type writer effect is applied, is no longer works.

• Viewing the two images on a façade

  I am acquiring a NTSC to a single channel video and I loaded to develop the video in a few steps with a sequence of flat.

  I inserted two blocks to display the results of two extensions in the façade. I mean, the first block should show the original image and the second a transformed image version.

  In the first step is executed, I see the original image on the first block. When you step is executed, I see the image transformed on the second block as well as on the first block, even if it is not connected at this stage.

  What could be the problem? Is there a 'link' between the two blocs separate image inserted on the VI even, but in the different steps in a sequence of flat?

  Take a look at the attached example.

  You need to feed a new space of memory at Img dst, otherwise memory image src space will be used.
