  2. do you have an anti-virus installed on the computer program?

  3. What is the brand and model of the computer?

  4 have you done any recent software or the hardware changes in the computer?

  Windows comes with a screen reader called Narrator, which reads text on the screen aloud and describes some events (such as displaying an error message) that happen while you're using the computer.

  Espeaking is a third-party voice recognition application.

  You may need to contact the manufacturer of the program or reinstall the application.

  Microsoft does not speech engines provide additional (voice), but there are a number of third-party products that support the new Microsoft Speech API

  Please use your favorite search engine and browse for voice of Star trek, which can be used for this purpose.

• Cannot download Microsoft ATS engine for automatic corrections, error code 0x80004005__

  I am running Windows XP Home Edition.  I recently downloaded and installed Service Pack 3.  I wish I could use the "Fix It".  When I click on one of the links in the Center 'Fix It', I have the ability to run files, followed by a message asking that I accept the agreement to download the Microsoft ATS provider.  Once I accepted, the download starts and ends almost, until I get the following message... "This troubleshooting is not applicable to this computer.  Under him said ' Path: ', which shows a temp folder in my settings the through documents and settings.  Below this "error Code: 0 x 8004005".  Under which is the ' user: ' classified as myself.  Finally, on the bottom line are the words "context: high.  I don't know what all this means.  As stated, I am running Windows XP with Service Pack 3 installed.  How can I get the Microsoft ATS engine for automatic download fixed?  Thank you.

  Salvation in Ottawa Canada.  I am using the above in my laptop.  I was given Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 running Micro cover and the disc that comes with it.  Disk would not properly charge during installation.  I went to the Microsoft website and tried to download this product, and I got the same results.  Sometimes I plug my head game, and it works for a long time.

• Installation of Streets & Trips get message requires the installation of Microsoft speech synthesis devices. Failed to install these features.

  If you want to use the service OR Web server, you must install the runtime (there also a smaller), the same using JAVA code.

  It is not Microsoft.

  These are public Forums set up by Microsoft on their servers and animated by them.

  We are mainly Windows users help each other here.

  There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  You can contact Sony and ask them to send you a set of recovery disc for this model.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  Like you have never had a DVD to reinstall, you'd have a recovery partition on your hard disk to reinstall the operating system from and you should also have her recovery discs...

  But thanks to you, formatting the hard drive, you have probably wiped it clean.

  Ask Sony to support whether if it still exists.

  And contact Sony and ask them what version of bits you had on that.

  They say the serial number on the case.

  Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

• Speech recognition has problem with speech engine

  When I click on speech recognition, a "speech recognition is not supported in the colloquial" error. A "your current engine by default does not support this measure at the moment" error when I try to set microphone or one of the other options, like taking Word tutorial. I studied all the avenues that I can think of, including inspecting files in Word with a hex editor to see if they are corrupt. If it was possible to reinstall speech recognition, I would, but as far as I know, it does not seem possible. My laptop was originally a Windows Vista, but was upgraded to Windows 7, so I don't know if there is a problem during the upgrade. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  I am developing a desktop application under Windows 7 with (TTS) text to speech features. I went to http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=27224 to download additional voices, but the .msi installer is not like work (it ends abruptly in the "Collection of information" part).
  These installers work correctly for Windows 7? Anyone experience the same problem?

  Guess what?  After writing the message that it wouldn't let me download the new drivers, I thought I'd go straight to ATI/AMD to see if I could download a new graphics adapter from them directly.  I did, and Voila!  computer running better, I can view videos now, and even, to my amazement, my wife Ipad becomes wiFi again.  I don't know why a new graphics driver would do all that but somehow it makes.  So, your advice worked quite well.  Also, I reduced my refresh rate slightly.  Maybe it helped a bit as well.
