  Installation HP2575 on another PC with 8.1 Windows 64-Bit operating system.  After installing new printer cartridges have been installed, print heads were clean and aligned and even Magenta will not print.

  Take a look at the diagnostic test page.  Colors have lines through them, and the depth of the colors are not what they should be. We did change color saturation temperature and do not have an increase in the saturation of Magenta.

  What else should I consider troubleshooting?

  Alchohal Publix swabs to clean electrical contacts and the nozzles on the printer cartridges. Also cleaned the contact electric coupling on the printer.

  AT THE END OF THE YEAR, I BOUGHT THE HP PRINTER PHOTOSMART WIRELESS E-ALL-IN-ONE (B110A).  I REPLACED THE COLOR (364) CARTRIDGES, BUT THE CARTRIDGE BLACK (364), I BOUGHT IS NOT SAME SIZE ONE PROVIDED WITH THE PRINTER, IT IS MORE SMALL AND DOES NOT FIT IN THE SLOT.  DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?  NOW PRINTER CANNOT USE AS BLACK IS EMPTY AND CANNOT REPLACE IT AS THE 364 PROVIDED WITH THE PRINTER IS DIFFERENT FROM THE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.  VERY FRUSTRATING.

• OfficeJet Pro 8610 does not print the files, but other things work

  Hello

  I want to install a whole new 8610 to our computer with WIndows 8.1 HP's OfficeJet Pro and I use a USB cable.

  I installed everything correctly according to the setting (green controls along the + "full installation") and the printer is set as default (also with the green check mark).

  There is communication between the two because I can print test pages (head alignment, etc.) for HP printer app and I can also scan a doc to the PC successfully.

  Despite the light the printer in the print menu, when you try to print, I can't any print file from PC to the printer, an email or a Word doc.

  And what baffles me, is that I can see the printed file go into the queue for a bit of treatment, then it disappears as if it's done, but it is not an activity of the printer.

  I completely uninstalled and reinstalled nothing doesn't.

  This should take 10 minutes to Setup, and I just don't understand.

  Instead of looking in the dialog box to print to the rear mirror/market implementation, you can see the software application to reverse the image before printing!

  What program you print and what operating system and version? Mac or Windows?

  It doesn't matter if the file has been scanned or created in MS word.  regardless if it is single or double sided.   However, I can print the document in the application of Amicus Attorney, that makes me think it's a matter of acrobat...

  Clear the PRINT TO FILE option in Acrobat.

  I suggest that you completely reinstall the software and drivers for the printer.

  I use the HP Laserjet P1606dn printer.  I am trying to print the user's Guide the HP for a new printer HP Officejet Pro 8620.     The manual is in PDF format.   When you view a page of the manual on the computer screen, the page number appears at the bottom of the screen.  Unfortunately, when printing the printer manual HP Laserjet P1606dn, the page number is not printing.  I tried to use the SHRINK TO FIT to the Laserjet function, but that does not print the page number.

  Thank YOU FOR YOUR QUICK RESPONSE!   PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED.  I TRIED TO PRINT THE GUIDE THE USER DIRECTLY FROM THE WEB SITE THAT DID PRINT NOT PAGE NUMBER.    I DOWNLOADED THE MANUAL IN THE MEMORY OF THE COMPUTER AND THEN PRINTED THE GUIDE FROM THE DOWNLOADED FILE.   THE PAGE NUMBER DID PRINT WHEN YOU PRINT FROM THE DOWNLOADED FILE.    WHY IT WORKED, I DON'T KNOW, BUT CELA WORKED.

  We bought a font for a specific job and InDesign, it prints without a problem, but none of these pdf default options make a printable pdf.

  Our postscript printer will not print pages with fonts.

  The only way to print a pdf file is a flattening transparency that makes all contours.

  Can you tell me if we need to make the flattening of contour round, or something more easy is possible?

  There seems to be a problem with the police SpudAFTatty.ttf or Acrobat of it management.

  InDesign printed the file correctly and properly handled a pdf file imported with the police.

  9.5.0 of Acrobat and Adobe Reader 8 cannot print the police at all. The first document used the police SpudAFTatty and SpudAFCrisp, in that order.

  I created new documents with the SpudAFCrisp before SpudAFTatty, printed correctly SpudAFCrisp, SpudAFTatty did not print and my 5500 Bizhub Pro with a Fiery RIP turned a page in error log.

  Of the print from Acrobat dialog box, advanced features, I've deselected convert TrueType to Type1. The file is then printed correctly.

  I don't think there's a reasonable expectation to relay this information to potential end users, service providers and anything with certainty; but it is the best fix I think.

  I think that remember me Dov Issacs (?) referring to an update of this feature in AA 10; It could have been an obscure advanced feature different however.

  This printer we served well for two years and I have expensive cartridges pending; another two cycles of recharge.

  Addendum: can I scan with the HP printer help.  I open the HP printer assistant, he "gets" the printer information, then I select "scan a document or photo" and the printer answers.   I have no problem with the sweep.

  It has been awhile, but I played on something you wrote.  "There could be a software conflict with the HP software" everything worked very well... impression was shifted at best; just didn't know if it would work.  So I would eliminate a program, reboot clean, try to print, and then reinstall the software.  I finally found the culprit.  I had a program running in the background, occasionally.  When it ran, HP does not print.  Stop the program and I was able to print... Do not have a problem since I found it... I do not say that it was a software to share files... so I replaced since this program with something else that doesn't cause problems...  It took a long time and I couldn't work the question every day.... but I can say that I have problems printing for the past 5 days!  I can print with confidence.
