  Hello! I have the satellite L30-114, I bought months ago. I have Win XP SP2 with all updates and the bios 2.3.

  A few days ago, I tried to reinstall the drivers for the ide controllers. I have delited in "Device Manager" and restart the system. After you start windows normally are both installed PCI - IDE controllers, then find ide channels (primary and secondary ide channal on ich) and the strange thing happens here: instead of the normal installation of these 4 channels, window "driver not intended for this platform". and after each reboot those devices Installing, to give me 4 windows "driver not intended for this platform".

  Now in Device Manager, I have 2 controllers IDE standard normal, and not 4 channel IDE working with yelow «!» The funny thing is that I not install new ide drivers. Drivers are the same who worked before reinstalling. Now the computer works, but is worth than before. on the toshiba site there is no driver Ide "planned for this platform.

  Anyone know how can I solve this problem? or where is located this driver? or what chipset whith this controller model in this notebook?

  In my opinion, there is no reason to do something like that. If the laptop works well let it go. Go to the Toshiba download page and download driver chipset for your laptop model and install it manually.

  I have 5 compaq presario c700 laptop, but I can use one for wi - fi! ?? I loaded at the bottom of all the network drivers for the site but the Atheros AR5007 802.11bg wi - fi adapter will not install showing "driver is not intended for this platform". Can I put the hard drive that works with wi - fi in all the machines and the wifi works well on all machines.

  All wi - fi cards are the same. I had sorted this problem before, but I forgot how I did.

  My Verizon Wireless WAN has worked on my T500 (2081CT 0, 4 GB of RAM, Windows Vista Business 64) since I received it last September. This morning it stopped working.   -I uninstalled the driver for the Qualcomm HS USB card integrated, downloaded the latest version of the driver (transferred via CDROM since I can't connect to this laptop to the network where I work) and tried to install it. The HS-USB card is now displayed in the devices as "Unknown device" Manager (under 'other devices'), and his device status is:

  Solution was to uninstall the 'unknown device', search for new hardware and follow the promts by selecting all default values.

• Makefile for NT platform in the Windows 7 development kit

  I want to create customized SSP/AP (Security Support Provider / authentication package) for Windows 7, so according to MSDN I should download the Windows 7 SDK code samples and start on their part. I did and I found there that folders with the makefiles (...samples/security/authentication), not the Visual Studio solutions.

  I tried to run 'nmake Makefile' on the prompt of developer for VS2015, but it seems to no longer support the makefiles written for NT platform.

  These makefiles are able to generate files .dll on windows 7 even if they are built for NT platform?

  If they are, how can I do?

  If they are not able to do, can you provide examples of code for the development of the SSP/PT custom on windows 7?

  What you propose works OK for us.

  The library is developed in a different project and workspace, the "interface" between the use of the application and the library is the jar file, which is imported into dependent projects.  This means that the two become completely independent, and it is possible to exchange the library for a later version on the device, without changing the main cod.

  The biggest problem is multiple applications with the same shared library requiring different versions of this library.  This section of the shared library has been discussed widely in the DevCon, so I hope that Rim will contribute to this requirement in some way in the future.
