  You will want to check the permissions on your temp directory, as this could cause a failure of the extraction.  You can also try another connection where the installation files have been corrupted during the download process.

  To conclude: I contacted the support team and learned that I would need download the trial version on my Mac and enter my serial number, I got to the first version of Windows, the installation under Mac. And it worked! Now, I have the software in these two computers under the same license.
