Document and changing the settings

Computer's hand and have no disk Windows XP Prof. of origin.  Unable to access up-to-date Outlook 2010 without him to be lacking in the original Server Configuration and password.  How can I fix it, put in place the new "documents and settings" folder with the new username?

Get disks.
Format and clean install.

Why?  Not sure what all could subsist on this 'hand '.  If you can see the type of Windows XP Professional is installed (OEM, retail - usually can tell the product ID found in the property system, under the general tab window in the section ' recorded at the ') and you can find someone with a generic version (unedited) of said operating system installation media (Windows XP Professional OEM or retail - in accordance with what you have discovered)-then you can get the product key from the system work (Belarc Advisor) and do a clean install.

Make sure that you back up all important data for you.
Make sure that you have the installation media product keys/serial numbers and separated from the machine for everything that you will need to install.
Make sure that you have the list of the material and/or have already downloaded the drivers for the hardware to install after clean installation.
(The last two are greatly helped by using Belarc Advisor, print the results.)

* You should be able to change the settings for Outlook via--> MAIL control panel - at least for the current user.
