  To start thunderbird, I click on the quick start on my toolbar icon, it highlights that if beginner, then a few seconds later, returns to the closed state. No e-mail window never appears on the screen. When I check the Task Manager, thunderbird does not appear in the list of running applications, but one or two processes show running on the Details tab (one first process by clicking on the icon, and then another if I right click and try to open one of the windows in option). How can I get the windows thunderbird appears on the screen again?   Thanks for the reply... still not sure what happened, but I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling bird t. Everything is back to normal after that. So your solution can work, but I don't have the chance to try it. My solution, but is not ideal, was effective and the problem was solved.

  I installed customer 11.1.2 Essbase and Spreadsheet Add-Ins 11.1.2 successfully.
  
  After that, I opened MS Excel 2007.
  
  I can able to display the add-ins tab.
  
  Then I tried to connect to Excel with essbase through the next step
  
  -> Add-ins-> Essbase-> connect
  
  I get no popup window inorder to enter the admin username and password. I'm on 64-bit Windows server 2008 and by using MS Excel 2007 32-bit.
  
  Both the s/w have been installed by using the administrator account that the Addin is active and not disabled in Excel Options. I read the related issues and proposed resolutions triggered on this before, but nothing helped.
  
  Can someone let me know anything that I'm missing that could be the cause.

• Document windows does not use all the available on new monitor display area

  I have a new monitor - a Benq BL2711.

  I have set up as my secondary monitor on display in Windows 8.

  I can put Photoshop (CS6) on this screen and maximize the it, but there is a vast space not used in the document window, which is not used. I want to show a lot more of my images that I can currently, but the document window will not only fill all that screen real estate. A large part of it is lost.

  The panels occupy the right space to the bottom of the screen, but the window of the document (or the display area?) uses only 60% of the height of the screen.

  What is a limitation or do I have to configure something? (I have reset the workspace of photography).

  It is really a shot in the water, but it's the space used by the "timeline" Panel when it is open. Try to check in the menu window and close the bottle.

  Other that that, there are always some good old Reset preferences. Make sure you save the custom actions/brushes/presets and so forth first!

  I watched the tutorials on PS CS6 and they speak by selecting PS workspace Selection menu that appears at the top far right of the page, in the section bar tools. It has elements such as 'essentials' "new in CS 6" "Photography", "new workspace" etc. "."  I was wondering if this is a related issue of windows, or did I miss something?  How can I activate this or this does not work in windows?

  May depend on the width of your window of Photoshop UI.  Here I'm showing Photoshop running is two different size windows.  We have what you want in the other window close Photoshop do the poster not in Photoshop UI... Also its in the options bar tools must also be visible

  What is "Adobe XI" - Reader or Acrobat?

  But, "Save as Adobe PDF" is a function of Word, independent of this Adobe software, you have installed.

  

• Sites of bookmark in the file that does not appear in the window

  That behavior is likely to be the top caused by an add-on, and in your case the probable guilty is IE Tab 2, the different versions of IE Tab caused problems with Firefox 4 beta, including issues with the location bar not updated.

  You can test to see if IE Tab 2 is causing your problem by disabling the it and then see if the address in a new window bar displays the address. If it isn't this add-on causing the problem, see Troubleshooting extensions and themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems.

  FYI, the IE Tab Plus add-on has been updated recently to improve compatibility with Firefox 4 beta, you can try this one instead. The latest version is available from http://coralietab.mozdev.org/installation.html

  I checked the reported compatibility list, and the game is listed as compatible.  Work in 64-bit or 32-bit Windows 7?  I will try to reinstall the game, if you did an upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 recently.  If it is a new installation and does not, please visit the EA's Web site to get the latest patch for the game to see if that helps address your problem.  Let me know if you've done all that and you still have questions, and we can try something else.

• Windows 8.1 does not appear in the store Windows Dell XPS 8700

  My desktop computer Dell XPS 8700 arrived yesterday, but I can't upgrade Windows 8 to 8.1 of Windows. I went to several Microsoft Web sites where they say on a Windows update and I have to have before the upgrade is displayed in the Microsoft store. I checked I did all Windows updates available including
  you need to upgrade to 8.1. I tried "wsreset.exe" running to clear the cache of Windows store. This is not a business system. It's a regular OEM Dell version of Windows 8 that came with the machine. No matter what I do the update does not appear in the Windows store. I thought maybe since I was using the same Microsoft account for my laptop I already upgraded 8 to 8.1 that maybe he thought I was already updated. So I created a new account of Microsoft, created a new user, delete the old user and tried to get the upgrade as a Microsoft account fresh and a user. Still no luck. I saw another person posting a message on a forum somewhere that had a similar problem on this exact model as the only answer that I was to go to the Microsoft page that tells you to do what I've done. Any suggestions or websites where I could crosspost this problem would be much appreciated.

  I copied and pasted the steps below from another thread. The procedure worked for me both my 8700 s after that I had tried just about every other proposed solutions. I hope that the procedure will work for you too (assuming that you have not already tried).

  (1) uninstall KB2871389 and restart.

  (2) download the update of Microsoft KB2871389--> http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40098

  (3) manually install the KB2871389 update and reboot.

  (4) you must now (I hope) see the 8.1 update in the Windows store.
