  I have a new Canon EOS 80 d camera and Photoshop elements 11 will not open to raw files. Following the instructions online, I downloaded dng converter 9.5, which is supposed to update Photoshop for this device. But it still doesn't work. It is unclear what I see online (and there is no number to call for support) If a later version of elements is needed to do this, or if items is even helped at all by the converter of 9.5. -What for the full program of Photoshop? Any suggestions? I spent a few hours on this today, and it's frustrating. After Nikon to Canon this round and so they need new lenses, filters, etc., I have not exactly cash remains for a new program of camera as well.

  You cannot switch to more than 8.5 ACR PSE12.

  As explained in this faq, if you do not upgrade to the current PSE14, your free choice is to download DNGconverter Adobe. This allows independent software you batch convert a whole folder of your raw files to DNG format raw that your PSE12 can read and modify.

  For the past year or so I had this problem. I contacted Adobe and said it is their support system. I said a technician Adobe will read this and fix the problem.

  When I apply changes to raw images in Camera Raw (xmp metadata change), these changes are not reflected in Bridge. I would like to know how to remedy this situation.

  For example: I have download 10 raw images, put them in Camera Raw, brighten their out of yellow. In Bridge, I still see camera before the Raw images, looking as they did straight out of camera. This can make it difficult to change if, for example, the images are too dark.

  Maybe your options of bridge for the production quality control and thumbnail preview.  You have this set of high quality forever?  If all prefer Embedded, bridge will display the thumbnail of the camera and does not see the Camera Raw updates; If the value high quality On Demand, Bridge uses embedded thumbnails until you get a preview of each image.

  Lightroom preferences, the performance tab, uncheck the box use the graphics processor. As an alternative, you can double check your graphics drivers and make sure that they are up-to-date. But if you uncheck this option, you will find that the problem will disappear.

  I've recently updated to LR 6.1.1 (no adobe cloud, stand-alone) and have been initially successful in the camera raw file import (.) (ORF). Yesterday a LR window jumped (I don't remember what exactly he said) that I couldn't close it with one in the upper right corner, so I pressed on proceed to discover that my LR is now a mobile version of the test that is valid for the next days 29.   I've done independently was erase all the images in the SD card and shot some photos. And I have them imported successfully without doing anything else. File destination folder is c:mypictures / 2015. I do not understand why, but now it works now with my EM10. I'll try the gh2 now also after erasing all pictures (successfully!). I have no idea why, but it works now so far.

  I just built a new computer with 7 PRO and installed all my software. When it comes time to install raw 5.5 it goes in half way through and told me to cut the deck.  As far as I know the bridge window and the program are disabled and not running.  I have same unpined it out of the taskbar.

  In CS4 when opening a Raw file and I spend my botton of camera calibration there are only two options that arise, 3.3 and 4.4 Arc. Where are all the other options to?  They come with the 5.5 update?  Thanks Keig

  It is not connected to the taskbar icon. Look in the Task Manager under the process and runs, kill him.

  Also uncheck the option to load at startup in the preferences.
