  Open your BlackBerry World app on your phone.  From there, go to My World, press the menu button and select refresh list.  This will give you a last minute account of which apps, you should have.  This has been known to solve problems like yours often enough.

  I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

  Method 1:

  b. click on 'show all' and then click on "Internet connection".
  c. click 'Next' and follow the on-screen instructions.
