Don't see any photos or video in full screen - using Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox

We use internet explore, but I also use Mozilla Firefox.  When I am posting a photo or video, in each program and try to watch it full screen, I do not see the image.  It seems to go full-screen, but it is white Uni.  It seems to have started after Firefox update

Make sure that you have updated adobe flash player.
