Double click on the image in photoshop

I ran into a problem recently with my last couple of images. I usually browse the stock.adobe.com site online, then select and license my image from there. I then bring up photoshop, double-click the licensed image in my library and change now. I cannot do the last two images under licensees. I get a message indicating that they cannot be opened directly in Photoshop, but must be placed in a document. Why is this?

Let me know if you need more information.

Thank you

Clay

This is probably because they were images vector .ai. You need to change those in Illustrator. You can also the message says: put them in your work in Photoshop, but if you really want to change the file you must use Illustrator.
