  There are 2 types of guarantees, one of HP and the other store (Best Buy/clips etc.)

  By default, HP provides a Standard warranty of 1 year for the laptop (2 years for some models), you can have your warranty notebook extended HP even after the expiration of the standard warranty, provided that the laptop is in a good working condition.

  There are different types of extended warranty, Inhome/accidental/Normal. You can find more details by contacting HP.

  If your laptop is 2 years from the date of purchase, there is little chance that you can buy from HP.

  There are a number of available, see the Firefox extensions this search for AMO. You'll need one that is specifically compatible with your ISP.

  OEM drives do not have a guarantee of 3 years retail.

  I bought my new laptop HP Envy AE101NX yesterday (May 25, 2016).

  However, when I open Microsoft application center HP support and recovery applications, where we see the period of warranty information is to show incorrect information.

  Store supervisor informed me that it is in the warranty period of 2 years.

  Information is showin in these applications is 6 months and that too

  Start date: XX/08/2015

  End date: XX/02/2016.

  This Feb-2016 has already passed.

  I could not understand how the warranty has already expired, even if it's 6 months for some reason.

  Can someone please advise how to solve this problem?

• Impossible to activate the DC AA after the end of the trial period. Chatted for an HOUR and she had windows setup error. Cat then "referred to as specialist ' and chat over on that date.

  I'm a little ANGRY. I have AA X that allows me to update and buy AA DC.  I bought DC AA after the trial period.  I was unable to activate the program.  Chatted with representative for 1 HOUR. She did just what I had done on several occasions to get Adobe Acrobat DC activated and failed. She did a good job that she finally got the Windows Installer error: "this installation package would not open. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package. "Now there is no way to use even the DC AA naked without the tools. Any Suggestions?

  Hi, recently buy recon HP pc, works well but has Vista installed. I compose music and found that the thing does not like Midi puts and on-site.   If you don't have your own copy of Windows XP that you do not use on another machine, you will need to find someone who will sell you a. This must be a full retail do not copy the recovery disc that distribute computer with preinstalled Windows systems manufacturers. This will be limited to a particular machine. You will also need to go to drivers and downloads from the HP Web site and check if HP provide XP drivers for your model. If they are not, you will have problems of implementation.

  I know it is a forum for Vista but everything on the web seems to tell me that way...

  In our Organization, we plan on using KMS for activation of our Windows 2008 servers (we have only 2 of them at the moment). However what I read you need at least 5 physical servers Windows 2008 (not the Virtual Machines) before they will start to activate.

  My question is: what will happen to the Windows 2008 servers if they do not activate the grace period?

  From what I can tell they should keep normal operation (reduced functionality Mode has apparently been removed from Windows 2008) but will be many notifications to activate me now whenever you log on to the server.
