  HP Support Assistant was working properly until I have been offered and accepted a Support Assistant update today. Now, I can't go in front of the opening screen.   I have Windows 8.1 on my computer HP laptop double heart.   If you use a USB to connect to the internet and if the connection is slow then you must contact the ISP or internet service provider to find out why the download speed is slow. Otherwise, now a days you get a hi speed Wi - Fi to help you can get good download speeds. You get good speeds in public libraries. You can try these options to download updates and check if that helps.

  A 3G modem uses a 3G network to establish an Internet connection. It is ideal for travellers and other people who are always on the road. It is also a popular choice for those whose computers do not have a wireless card installed. A 3G modem usually comes as a USB or a dongle with a SIM card inside which can be easily connected to the computer. The speed of a modem 3G Internet connection is based on the strength of the network signal, the speed of the computer you are using, and many other factors.

  S ' ensure that 3G modem specifications comply with the actual speed of the 3G network that you subscribe to the. For example, your 3 G Internet dongle can have a capacity of 3.6 MB while the 3G network has a speed of 7 MB.   Hi, I have the A1-840FHD (Android 4.4.2) and major problems with download and update applications.

  Apps seems to weigh on the download bar waiting for an eternity, and when one of them actually decides to download it takes another eternity.

  For example have been downloaded Update Google + for the last 15 minutes and still only 15.55 28,16 MB MB.

  Here is what I tried:
