Download creative cloud to solve the problem
Every day when I start my computer, I get a message that says something to the effect that I have to download creative cloud to solve a problem. Why am I need to do this? It happened at least 7 times in the last 3 weeks.

Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC of the machine (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
- / Library/Application Support /.
- /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support /.
- Restart the computer.
- Install the application Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Creative cloud for office)

Premiere Pro CS6 download creative cloud. Says "the file is corrupt.
I had a nightmare 48 hours period. My final goal is to take my four hours of edited video and burn it to a DVD through yet. That in itself is a chore, that I will not go. But train trying to get everything to do that I have installed and uninstalled Prem Pro CS6 several times and most recently ran the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. On my last attempt to download CS6 creative cloud, download failed because he says the "file appears corrupt." Ugh. He said to wait and try again. I waited an hour. Logged off and turn it back on for creative cloud. Looks like what he "remembered of ' me because it won't let me even try again.
'Aid' he mutters defeatedly. :-)

I need to download creative cloud to get the free trial version of photoshop?
Whenever I have download the free photoshop trial it just opens creative cloud. When I go to log in creative cloud if it says I was disconnected and I need to connect to continue even if I come to me. She does it every time. Help!

Impossible to download creative cloud due to the error of Adobe Bridge
I cannot download all of the products available via subscription to creative cloud CS6 my Windows-based computer. The error I keep getting is that Adobe Bridge is open. I used since of the cleaning tool from Adobe to remove my previous collect CS5 Master. I also removed the Bridge task in the Task Manager. I still get the same error. I don't know that anyone has an easy solution for this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
John Merci for your reply. After I did this post yesterday, I went back and he gave another chance and everything worked fine. I think it was a combination of the use of the Adobe tool, Manager of the tasks of cleaning AND reboot several times which finally got my downloaded programs. And by the way, I'm running Windows 7.

We would like to know if Installer is stuck all install Creative Cloud desktop application, or during the installation of any application using Creative cloud app.
If its with desktop creative cloud, here are the steps that you can follow.
1: run the installation as an administrator.
2: activate hidden admin account: enable and disable the built-in Administrator (Standard 7 SP1) account.
In case its impasse when installing an application from the clouds Creative, try to solve the problems by using log files using this link: troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install problems with log files.

start at the top and work your way down to apply applicable patches until your problem is solved.

"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:
