Download CS5 to re - install?
My CS5 company bought last year and I installed it on my computer. Now, I am computer evolution and need to install it on this computer instead. Unfortunately, my boss lost the DVD with the software.
Question 1 is how I can get a new DVD with CS5 or how can I download it?
Question 2 serial number. I received the email with a number of E - LIC and my account here I can find the serial number. What do I need when you reinstall on the new computer? Please explain what I need to do?

I bought an upgrade to Illustrator CS5 in February 2012 and managed to install it on an iMac Mac despite only a CS3 update already (you gave me a new serial number for installation). I must now do the same thing again on a new iMac. How to access my CS5 upgrade previously purchased?

CS5 Design Premium 'install' is corrupted and cannot be opened error
I used to have CS5 Design Premium installed on my iMac and then one day, he began to ask for a serial number. I could not find what he at the time was so my 30 day extension. Now it no longer works even with the serial number.
I tried asking Adobe Help and hit a brick wall (after two discussions meetings for almost 3 hours and turn around and round in circles, I couldn't take longer!)
Now I'm doing a fresh install on a MacBook Air I just bought that runs 10.11.1 and downloaded the file. I get an error message "'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must move it to the trash. »
Please can someone help?
[Edited to add: I actually prefer to have the software running successfully on my iMac 27 "than my MacBook Air and I am just trying this out of despair that my software working again!] Adobe support couldn't explain to me what is happening or work through the issue with me, they have me just download and do an install!]

I have CS5. Cannot install updates. The update process runs, but once finished, I get an error message that the update could not be installed. I have a Dell PC with 8 GB ram and 2 TB of storage.
The latetest (cloud) update sometimes does not work with old programs... Try to install your updates manually

In an old unused copy of bearing CS5.5 around, I decided to try to install on my new Macbook Pro retina, but I don't have a serial number and a code of redemption on the sleeve. How am I able to install 5.5 without a serial number, since insert the disc in a computer WITH a hard drive would give you the possibility of converting your given redemption code?
