Download error for desktop creative cloud applications

I just signed up for the package of cloud CS6. As a teacher, I paid for the arrangement student or teacher. However, I could not download and install applications. My first attempt was download Acrobat of the Web site downloader; the system went through the movements of the installation of the application manager, but didn't even if the icon has been installed on my desktop. So I tried installing the desktop creative cloud application. The installation seemed successful, but one can not even get to see the apps and get a download error message!

    I have a PC with Windows 7 have.

    I downloaded creative cloud on my work computer. I have installed in my laptop at home. So I know that I have not reached my limits of installation.

    In other words, I can't even download my free trials. My creative cloud is 100% useless.

    I have exatly the same problem!

    I just spoke with Tech Support and they don't give me any solution for more than a month.

    Now with CC 2014 tha first worked properly but I restore my system and I forgot to uninstall first CC so...

    For me is not a solution, but maybe you have better luck.

    Try the following:

    1. go into your hard drive and go to the users / your user/local/App data and delete the folders OOBE and AAMUPDATER

    2. restart your computer

    Try again to install CC

  • "You have been disconnected" error every time I try to connect to the desktop creative cloud application.

    I now get a message "You have been disconnected" whenever I try to connect to the desktop creative cloud application.

    I tried without success to the following:

    1. Uninstall and then reinstall the creative cloud application.
    2. Rename the OOBE centenarians OOBE folder.
    3. The deletion of all in the SLCache.

    All of these answers have been proposed on these forums or support. None have worked.

    I am currently using Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5.

    I am on a Mac in the Mavericks (OSX 10.9).

    Nothing seems to work and I was forwarded from one Department to the thing of support chat window.

    I would like to share with you the solution that worked for me.

    It's the walkthrough, I followed, guided by Tariq to the live Adobe chat service:

    1: open Activity monitor of spotlight and end partner Adobe all processes. You can find the process as AAMupdater, AAMupdater notify, Adobe crash the daemon process.

    2: Open a window in the Finder, select go > go to folder option, type in ~/Library and press to enter.

    3: now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE /... folder.

    4: delete the opm under OOBE.

    5: OOBE and rename it OOBEold.

    6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same place.

    7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.

    8: click on icon on the desktop creative cloud gear application and choose leave Creative Cloud.

    9: then launch, connect, and click on the applications tab.

  • Error 1002 when installing the desktop creative cloud application

    I too am a very frustrated Adobe user. I use a Macbook Pro with 10.10.5 as the operating system.

    My problem is the same that many other people, I am unable to upgrade Creative Cloud Desktop to the 3.8.0310 version and still get error 1002 to the 2% mark. I have tried virtually all the "stuff" in the book, those recommended by Adobe and those blogs, and nothing works. I have even directly connected to my internet provider, without going through my wi - fi modem and using their connection broadband.

    Up to what Adobe ceased to provide Direct download links, I was able to update my software. My problem has always been that Creative Cloud Desktop will put not to date to the next version, and what happened on my first Mac as well. If Adobe wants to stop direct links, so why can he not at least make sure that the application works 100% of the time for 100% of its loyal customers. You are deflected us Adobe with your policies, especially now that many people use other software that may not be as powerful as Adobe programs, but at least they are reliable.

    Pleiades_k that you have received error messages when you perform the steps mentioned above?  He was facing difficulties to locate the OOBE folder?

    I would recommend that you run the utility for uninstalling desktop available creative cloud application during the uninstall of the desktop Adobe Creative cloud application , and then try to reinstall the updated version.

    However the button more information does nothing when you click on it.  I had no problems installing my application, updated and experiment with the creative cloud desktop application.

    I ignored this problem for weeks, but I've reached the point in a work project where I need to use the program.  The desktop application is up-to-date and I even tried to disable my firewall/antivirus, but it made no difference.

    Some other details:

    I ran cleaner adobe CS6 programs before installing the creative cloud.

    The program fails to 51% Installation.

    My apologies for the problems that you use, please stick with us while we try to help them.

    A 2.0.1 is designed to replace any previous YEAR settles. I wonder if the 2.0.1 is pick up some old data of how Animate has been installed on your drive D:\ at some point in your life cycle of the machines and try to smash into the same directory (which no longer exists).

    I saw that you've run the cleanup tool, that you have done to specifically target Animate? Let me know if you have tried the following steps:

    • Uninstall all instances of edge animate
    • Run the cleanup tool and delete all instances of Animate
    • CheckYour User Name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Edge Animate C:\Users\ and delete this folder, if it still exists.
    • Quit and restart your creative cloud app
    • Install Animate

    Let me know if you have tried these steps and if not give them a shot. Is it 5 a Friday so I'm limited in the immediate future I can reach out to help, but my gut based on the journal you have provided leads me to believe that this could be the problem

    I downloaded the creative cloud app and need to download the indesign application, but when I click on the tab "apps" it no app option are included for download. I have also tried and reliable internet connection my mac the re-engining and reinstall the app but still, nothing.  Creative cloud app screen is stuck (see photo below).  Any suggestions? I've dealt with this during more than an hour with no luck.

    1 - click wheel settings in the upper right of the cloud creative app > Preferences > sign out

    2 force quit Adobe all processes in the activity monitor (for example, CC, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

    3 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder.

    You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

    ~/Library (It will open the folder of the user's library.)

    4. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater so trash

    5 - go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > privacy and security > firewall > TURN OFF (to do this, you will need to click on the padlock in the lower left of this machine and then enter your mac password)

    6 - go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > Security and privacy > General > allow applications downloaded on should be in ANY

    7. make sure there is no other Internet active safety program - if it is then go ahead and launch CC app and login and check

    Hope that this will help solve the problem

    I received a free subscription 1 year because I attended the Conference from Adobe Max. I enabled the accession in may 2013 and when I go to my profile on adobe.com, it indicates the composition of the creative cloud is active until may 2014.

    I've updated my creative cloud yesterday desktop application to download the CC apps and do not have problems or receive errors. All my CS6 programs are listed in the application and the CC programs but programs CC have a try, don't install does not button. What I have to get my creative cloud activation code again somewhere else, so the programs I download are not trial versions.

    I use OS10.8.4
