Download error - Tap to retry
I've restored my iPad Pro and now have a music download that is stuck. I can't remove it. Tap to retry does not work. From what I read, it seems that this happens when a song is no longer available in ITunes stores to restore. How can I erase the download that? An obvious bug I hope that Apple will fix
On iTunes - connect and see if the song is listed among your purchases - if yes - download it here and sync it in the phone

Open creative cloud Application
- Log out of the desktop creative cloud application,
- Restart your computer
- Connect again to creative cloud and try download

Try following steps: -.
Open the Temp folder.
Clear the contents of the Temp folder.
Disable your Antivirus and firewall computer for awhile.
Launch Desktop CC and try to download Apps.

He took my time but I found the cause of the problem noted.
When you have a date system before April 1, 2012 the MAA gives the error: error downloading . Press Retry to try again or contact customer support (12175)
So please add to the bugs database the rare problem, and perhaps ask people to check the time system in phase. Thanks for the other suggestions!
A more readable for 12175 error would also be a great help.

Does anyone know why when I click on my 'APPS' tab in my office creative cloud... None of my applications appear, just a message that says 'Download error, please press Retry to try again or contact the customer service'
There is no error code or anything... and when I hit 'Retry' nothing happens...
Every other tab seems to work (ASSETS, STOCK etc.) except my APPS...
My internet works fine and my apps running when I open them, I just want to check updates etc...

CC of Premiere Pro 2014 update Patch has failed / download error
I have a PP 2014 project, created on another machine, which does not open on my computer at home.
I have cc 2014 on my machine at home, but noticed I have spin 8.0.0. Manager creative cloud read that my software is up-to-date - I uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro 2014 - the installation was successful, but he said a Patch didn't - I have try AGAIN would have several times, no luck. The dialog box reads:
UPDATE FAILED - download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer Support. (49).
CC PP 2014 project will not always be open.

CC of Photoshop update failed. Download error 49
Initial Photoshop installation completed successfully. But then I get a message in the application of creative cloud that an update is available. Whenever I try to update, it fails one gives the message "failed to update. Download error. Press Retry to try again, or contact customer support. (49)".
I am running 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For anyone else who runs into this problem, this problem has been fixed with the help of Vijay B of the Chat Customer Support from Adobe. The solution was to disable temporarily McAffee Real Time Scan and firewall. After that I did it, the update of Photoshop CC to run correctly.

'Download error' creative cloud App
Help! Cloud creation no longer shows applications that need to be updated. It gives me just this message 'download error. Press Retry to try again, or contact customer support. "Whenever I click on 'Reload the Applications', it gives me just the same message. See the image below.
It happened during a month. I restarted my mac and uninstalled and reinstalled creative cloud, but it does not solve the issue. Log information is all information billing but also correct.

/Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0 ~ 1.0. This can allow you to solve the problem of update on your current user account. Please let me know if you need details on how to locate your hidden user library. By Mary's message in the message #9, you already tried to adjust the permissions of files in the folder. If renaming the folder eventually resolve the error, then it is likely, you have faced problems with a corrupted in this directory file.

Please clean the cache of the MAO by deleting after the contents of the folder:

Then try to run updates.
