Download ipa on itunes connect problem

I use Flash with Air sdk 13.0.0.111 cc. I tried to download the file with the application loader 2.9, but it said I needed additional icons 120 x 120, 152 x 152 and 76 x 76, and another error, I don't remember. I had to download with uploader 2.8 but I had got this message of rejection from Apple:

Your binary is not optimized for the iPhone 5. New iPhone apps and updates of application submitted must support 4 inches on the iPhone 5 and include a launch image with the size-568 h modifier immediately following the < basename > the filename part of the launch image. The launch images must be PNG files and located at the top level of your package or provided in each .lproj folder if you locate your images of launch.

Is there a way to solve this problem in Flash or should I use another program?

You should get comfortable with opening your file of XML AIR apps. There is a section in there with that you can set yourself to include any size icon.

Here are the guidelines for the App icons:

iOS Human Interface Guidelines: the application icon

Please keep in mind some of these icons are sized in low resolution and high resolution, in which Apple has always asked to have the icon with the name @2 high resolution x for the appropriate version of low resolution:

"You can name these small icons what you want so that you use the CFBundleIcons key to declare the names and you add the @2 x suffix to the names of all the icons in high resolution."

So when I provide images 76px and 152px for my iPad apps, I use the name Icon - 72.png of 72px and [email protected] for 144px size. Even I'm sure that you named your image iTunesArtwork and iTunesArtwork@2x launch. In the XML application I still put the 72@2x in the right size, for example [email protected]

Here are pictures of launch:

iOS Human Interface Guidelines: Images of launch

Just throw the in the folder root of your application (and make sure that your application supports the resolution iP5). Name them according to the guide.

  • Download .ipa in iTunes App developer - app is empty

I am trying to download a local multi to my iTunes library folio for the Preview app.

    Using DPS App Builder.

Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong at this point because I have sucessfully downloaded a previous version of unique folio of the application on my iTunes libray without problem.

However, when I try to download the version of folio multi (I subscribed recently to Professional Edition), everything seems to go right. I do drag the .ipa file in the iTunes library, sync my ipad, the icon shows on the ipad, but when I open it, there is no content. just a black screen.

I have to create all the new certificates for another version of the application (as I initially created unique folio) or that has nothing to do with it?

    Any help advice appreciated!

I restarted InDesign App Builder, iTunes, iPad, etc, and always get the same content empty.

    Thank you!

    To reduce the confusion

Title ID = Application id = id which you publish your slips using producer of Folio.

Check if you have published leaflets with the id of 'title' mentioned in the App Builder, also check if this id is 'Application' assigned role, this can be verified by going to the Administration tab account on the left pane when you connect to the dashboard of DPS using your Admin id. In addition, you must publish your Folio as 'Public' of the Folio producer, remember that each unique folio will have a separate "product id". More detail Folios, you create "In - App purchases" in iTunes connect with the same product id that the Folio published.

  • AIR iOS app fails download to Apple (iTunes Connect)

    I tried to download my iOS app on iTunes Connect via the Application Loader, but it fails every time. I get the following errors;

«Cannot run the lipo command:...» Impossible to map an input... file ' and 'Application does not codesign verification. "

In my view, the second error is due to the first, but I'm not sure. I've been browsing the web solutions and only found this thread here, I have tried everything that said it, but nothing helped.

Replacement of my game with an empty FLA does not seem to work either.

I'm on the side of the latter, usually it is a question of dialogue. How developed your CERT and have you followed the order specifically in my list in this post? Often people use old CERT but create a new ID app and you wait for the old CERT to work.

There has been other discussions on additional "files" that Flash Pro inserts in IPAs (disguised .zips). Because Flash Pro publish in a folder that is not built specifically for this generation, people sometimes copy additional files to this path. These files can 'automatically' and accidentally be added to the IPA without the willing author only. You should check what files are being packaged with your IPA to check there is not very undesirable.

You use flash CS5.5 or CS6, and which version of AIR you are superimposed to?

  • Problem download my Flash/air app to iTunes connect: invalid signature

I have developed an application using Flash CC set to deploy to 3.8 AIR for IOS. Now, I'm stuck on the last obstacle: submit the application for iTunes connect.

I downloaded successfully the application - outside a few warnings on the icons size 120, 76 and 152. And then immediately after I get an email which reads as follows:-

We found one or more questions...

Invalid signature - Make sure you have signed your application with a certificate of distribution, not an ad hoc certificate or certificate of development. Verify that code in Xcode signing settings are correct at the target level (which cancels all values to the project level). Additionally, make sure that the bundle you load was built using an output in Xcode target, not a simulator target. If you are certain that your code signing settings are correct, click on "Clean" in Xcode, delete the 'build' directory in the Finder and rebuild your output target.

I checked, re-checked and checked again the certificate.p12 and the provisioning profile. They all look good to me, not "ad hoc" distribution-updated The deployment type is set to "Ap Apple store".

I do not see what hurts me and makes me crazy (and of course, I'm on a deadline).

    Help, please.

Thanks for the tips. I posted the solution deliver me here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1382739

I was running itunes perfectly well before trying to download this update.  ITunes is not yet available.

Thanks for your help.  Unfortunately no idea worked.  Windows Installer 4.5 is not good for Windows 7.  However, I was able to restore my computer to an earlier date and the previous itunes was there.  It still would not allow me to access without security clearance, but I finally understood how to afford access - I am the administrator and the only user - go figure!

  • Can a preview app be downloaded on iTunes Connect to be able to use the test flight?

My limited test says 'no', because the preview apps must be signed with the Developer profile, and iTunes Connect requires applications to be signed with the profile of production and distribution .

The follow-up question is how to get an app to preview in the hands of testers and content reviewers. Send the .ipa duly signed and implemented for load to their device via iTunes?

It is certainly possible, guidelines seem to indicate that it is Apple ok (note: given that the application of the "Preview" string in it I guess you couldn't present a glimpse at the real store app).

An overview of app can be signed with a certificate of distribution for TestFlight distribution. There is nothing wrong with that; However, I do not push notifications work for these versions.

  • Problems with iTunes Connect, submitting binary

I'm in the last stage to present my 1st multi-folio, free subscription kiosk app. But when I hit "Ready to Uplaod binary" I get a pop message that says this:

"to submit a newsstand app, you have to propose at least one renewable In - App Purchase subscription automatically or free." To create one, click on manage In - App purchases in the App summary page. "

Therefore my handle in app purchase page looks like this:

    in-app-purchases.png

And then when I click on it, I get his message at the top of the page that says this:

"Your first subscriptions In - App Purchase free must be accompanied by a new version of the app that is enabled for the newsstand." "After you activate your version of the newsstand app, select your free subscriptions under the release Details page In - App purchases, and then click ready to download binary."

    Any suggestions?

On page purchses in-app 'create news', the only option I get is this "free subscription":

    new purchases.png

And I did not a scret code because I don't see the option to do so. And this shouldnd't be because of "contracts and taxes" b/c my application is completely free, right?

    Thank you.

After you have created the Freesubscription, you must also present your in-app purchase.

    Follow the procedure below:

    • Connect to iTunes connect
    • Go to 'manage applications '.
    • Click the icon for your application
    • In this, click 'view details '.
    • On this, at the bottom of your page, you will find 'In - App Purchase'
    • When you check mark your Non-Consommables/consumable/self-renewing/Free subscription

    and submit.

    • Click Save. Then you can go to manage In - App Purchase where you'll find status "ready to download.

  • Binary of republished or cannot download .ipa app?

    Hello.

We have an existing application in the App Store, but we need fix some bugs in DPS before returning it on iTunes Connect.

However, making these changes we are now getting the following error when we're clicking on download .ipa or app development/Distribution .zip file:

The folio included in this application is missing. The application was initially created on another computer, the folio file has been moved or App Builder application storage has been removed.

I've searched the forums, but can't seem to find a definitive answer.

We tried to add the viewerbuilder.log and ViewerBuilderLoggingEnabled.cfg files in the home folder as suggested by others, but who has not remedied the problem, then we're stuck.

    Does anyone have an answer?

Since you are a client of creative cloud just remove the existing application from App Builder and make a new one. That you get unblocked and be much quicker that try to track down why update the current one does not.

  • AppStore connection problem!

    Hello

I'm running a 21.5 "iMac with OS X El Captan 10.11.5. My problem is that I am not able to connect to iCloud and the App Store on my Mac.

The error I get is "there was an error connecting to server Apple ID"

The same username and password works perfectly well on the site of iCloud, my app store on the iPhone and the iPad, but not on Mac.

What is the way my iMac communicates via the internet? We have a firewall. And oh, the software update for El Capitan is downloading as I type; He didn't even ask for IDs, just started downloading automatically. The same thing happened yesterday with the updates listed on the tab Update on the app store - they have been is downloaded yesterday without asking my login details but it was a rare event; connection problems I described above took place during the last month or so.

    How can I fix?

    Thank you!!

  • Presentation of the iTunes Connect issues

Hi, I just got a negative review Apple after presenting my folio to iTunes Connect. "We found that your application exposes one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPad running iOS iPhone running iOS 5s and 8 8. My first question is: why Apple test an iPad folio/app (that's what we get in Indesign DPS, don't we?) on a camera of the iPhone? Shaping that we download doesn't include information on what device it is designed for (i.e. iPad)? My second question refers to the version of iOS. I had, in fact, tested my developer, then the version of the distribution on an iPad running iOS 7 (just a few weeks before submitting it to the App Store review). Now that the new 8 was released, Apple iOs software tests (understandable) on iOS 8 and turns my folios does not load on iOs8. Is this always the case? I just downloaded iOS 8 and it does not load the app when I click on the icon of my folio previously tested and functional.

I'd appreciate your help, thank you for your answer in advance!

Since how long you build your application? What is a simple editing application or one or more questions?

If it comes to multi make built it September 13th or later. See http://status.adobedps.com/?p=732.

If this is the only edition make sure that you built on 19 September or later. See Re: problem with simple editing App v32

The comment in their notice of rejection on iPhone sounds more like a statement of generic to them rather than what they specifically tested on the iPhone. If you have created an application of multi problem then you have to choose which devices you supported when you make the application (this is the first step on App Builder). If you generate a simple editing application, then it is iPad only and will not work on the iPhone, so they could not possibly have tested it on iPhone.

  • 'Ready binary Upload' button disappeared in itunes connect

    Hello

I am trying to download my app on iTunes connect - but the button "ready to download binary" is missing! Everything was fine - I built the app and the status "waiting for upload", but I was getting an error because I didn't choose an in-app to review purchase. I sent the iTunes, they told me where to select the application to purchase and I solved this problem - but now, the situation has CHANGED to 'prepare for upload' and download of binary button disappeared. support of iTunes have been quiet for days and I really need to get this app soon because I fly out of the country in the coming days for a holiday and I promised my client it would be ready this week. I tried to publish this app for more than a week and I'm desperate! Any advice would be so appreciated!

If the status is set to "prepare for upload", you probably have some sort of a caveat somewhere, either in you App details or in the In - App purchases.

iTunes Connect help: determine whether your application is ready to download

An application traverses through a number of different States in iTunes Connect during the development process. When you create your application in iTunes Connect, it starts at the ready for the status of the Upload.

After you enter the information on your application and click on the loan to binary Upload button, it moves to the wait for the status of the Upload. At this point, you can submit your control application.

Hope that helps. If this isn't the case, I'm afraid, it's a matter of Apple Dev.

  • InDesign DPS and iTunes Connect: In - App Purchase will not appear

    Greetings Adobeans,

first: I'm not a native speaker, so please forgive me my maybe English erronenous.

My question / problem: the company I have a job publishes a multi-folio-tourguide-app. It is produced with InDesign DPS and the App Builder, published via Folio Producer and should now be sold on iTunes at the Apple iPad, so the publication process leads inevitably to iTunes Connect. We have already launched the multi-folio-app itself as well as a free leaflet as an in-app free and no consumables purchase. The application is now online, downloadable and our first folio works very well - even it stays "waiting for download... I think, the multi-folio-app tells iTunes Connect to get the producer of Folio data, but I don't know the exact details of this operation.

The next step was to publish a second, in-app purchase price.

Our efforts were (it might be useful for a solution, I guess):

-publication of the folio in the producer of Folio (Status: Public - trade).

-creation of an in-app purchase no consumables to iTunes Connect, using the same ID of product as the producer Folio, folio

    - and tell the download of an update for the entire application, because Apple and Adobe.

But the folio never appeared in the app. It just the iTunes Connect-menu "Waiting for Upload", as our first, but it will not appear.

My wisdom as a graphic designer came to an end a long time ago, Apple told us, that they look at these in-app purchases at all and we should ask Adobe for help... and well, aid Services Adobe sent me here.

So, I would be extremely grateful for any help or lights.
