  Hi Markl,

  Please make sure that you use the 'Copy' option when importing images in Lightroom from the SD card.

  Delete the images once and then re-import images using the 'Copy' option and change the images in the develop Module.

  Cannot understand this, because I can't have with IE or AOL - no problem connecting. When I click on download it opens a download window, but then nothing happens.   Hi alltogether... I have a problem: when you try to download photoshop elements 11 (my new laptop is not able to read the disc) I get the notice "file not found". I am trying to download it since yesterday, but as soon as the provider (internet explore and firefox) opens the link - failure appears. Back, anyone know if there is a general problem with the site?   I tried to download the TRIAL of Lightroom CC 2015

  It's a nice touch. Thank you. Get bookmark as the future problems but it solved a few minutes before. At least I just needed an LR6 6.1.1 update to finally see my ARW files in LR. But the update did not work. so I wanted to try several different version, but the download doesn't work etc... I have grey hair already hehe. But after a sleep last night and this morning coffee I uninstall and then install 6.0 new and quite suddenly the download and update to 6.1.1 worked without any problems. Thank you for your reply Bani I'm sure if happen again.  :-)

  I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

  1. open the App World

  2. go to my world

  3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

  3. for Storm/Pearl - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

  4. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

  5. return to the AppWorld. Connect to MyWorld (if there is one) and try again.

  After that I downloaded a file, it is deleted when I try to open it. I get an error that says C:\Documents and settings\user\mydownlaods\than the name of download, cannot be found.when I look in my download file, it shows the download as being deleted. Any ideas?  FF

  other things that could cause this problem:

  1.

  IE open in "no Add-ons" mode To do than go to start > all programs > Accessories > system tools > "Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). If you can download the software now, it suggests then there's a bad addition affecting the browser.

  2.

  Sometimes the index.dat file may be damaged. In this case, you will need to delete the index.dat file and restart your computer. Then, you will be able to upload files properly again. Follow the steps below to delete this file.

  (1) open Internet Explorer.

  2) click on tools, click on Internet Options

  (3) on the tab general, under temporary Internet files, click on delete files

  4) click Ok when asked if you want to remove the files

  (5) by the historical section under the general tab, click clear history, and then click Ok

  (6) close Internet Explorer

  (7) logout the current user and log on to another user as administrator account

  (8) click on start, run

  (9) type CMD and press ENTER to open a command prompt

  (10) replace the directories in the Temporary Internet Files directory by typing the following command, substituting the word by the user username and the correct drive letter in Windows XP.

  CD drive: \Documents and Settings\nom of utilisateur\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

  Example: cd c:\Documents and Settings\Mark\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

  (11) type del index.dat and press enter

  (12) type Exit and press ENTER to close the command prompt

  (13) restart your computer

  Once the computer has been restarted, open a web page with a link to a download. Click on the link and try to download the file. It should work now.

  If you get the same (or similar) mistake as shandraw71 mentions above, as a temporary workaround, you can download and install Adobe Application Manager (AAM) of the links posted here: http://www.adobe.com/applicationmanagerpatch/index.html
