  There is a work around:

  Export your IE Favorites to an HTML file, and then import it into Firefox. If you have questions more do not hesitate to ask.

• Any program outside of the web browser tries to download Web pages rather than open their * SOLVED *.

  No matter what program I use, except for chrome, when attempting to open an html document, for example an advertisement or in WMP media guide or find information on the album page, it comes up with the download dialog box asking if I want to save the file.  Sometimes it's just the dialog box to download, but in the case of WMP, it says the default program could not open the file.  I have chrome as a default for all types of web files and they all work fine opening directly via chrome.  Here is a screencap of the problem in WMP as it is easier to recreate.

  Looks like a few classes were too written which causes. I can assure you that you can uninstall IE11 of Windows 7 (in the dialog "Turn on or off Windows features") without what is happening. To completely solve if you may need to run a repair installation.

  I have a site very complex with tons of pages that have been designed using different software.  I have now decided to move to Adobe Muse. I need to change a few pages on my Web site without having to rebuild the entire site in Muse.  Can I download individual pages to replace my existing web pages so that I can gradually update all my web pages using Muse instead of having to complete the redesign of the entire website in Muse before you download?

  You can download single pages with Muse, but that would not help with what you want... If the site was made for you then IMO your best bet is to use Dreamweaver now.

• Can I download new pages and CSS to my server without disrupting my old site?

  I was instructed to update a Web site. I'm quite new to Dreamweaver, but am reading the forums and view tutorials on lynda.com. What I was wondering is, if I can upload a CSS file and some html to our godaddy.com FTP account pages and does not disrupt what currently exists? I believe that the previous site using no CSS. I just wanted to be able to provide a link that is not connected to the current site in order to allow the customer to see what progress has been made. Thus, the site would be for example.

  My questions are would be a CSS for the site interfere with the site loading? Can/test page to navigate to other pages that I have linked to them if I download those as well (www.cars.com/test/maps)? Should I create a directory in the directory of files from godaddy.com to separate these?

  Hi, as long the CSS is linked only to the pages you created then they download fine.  leaves so that you have an index.html file already on the server.

  Download a page called index2.html and point your CSS file in the file index2.html, and they will not in any way interfere.

  Can someone please solve this mystery:

  • I edited a number of my web pages today and then download the whole site using FileZilla.
  • To access my web pages from a browser Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, I see the latest version of all pages.
  • To access my web pages of Mozilla Firefox, a number of old versions of pages is available, while some are the last downloaded version.

  The problem is that Mozilla is my favorite browser, so I that the problem be resolved.

  Hey Roy, it's hard to say.

  For visitors who do not all pages of the site being cached, they should get only what is currently available. You can emulate this by opening a new private window (assuming that you are not currently using a private window) and by visiting your site in this window.

  For visitors come back, what is supposed to happen is that if your site has sent a "last modified" as well as the page date, Firefox should ask the server if there is an update before displaying the cached version. It is very difficult to test, of course, because it is difficult to simulate in time...

  I'm downloading Microsoft FrontPage 2002 to my website through Register.com. The page downloads correctly except it leaves a part of the text. Completely, it load properly if I use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. I love Firefox because it loads fast.

  You see the text if you use "Edition > select all" or press Ctrl + A to highlight the selected text on this page?

  If this is the case, then you have a problem with the color of the transparent value text and you can fix that by setting a specific color, or that removing color rule.

• Cannot download document Pages on Facebook

  I have a new MacBook Pro with Version 10.10.5, Yosemite and Pages ' 09 version 4.1. I created an ad with Pages, import a picture. Because I did not yet understand the new system of Photoshop and Lightroom very well, I made a copy of a photo and place in on the office. Although I have not done anything in Photoshop with layers - just lightened up a little bit, it was released as a psd. I returned and flattened and saved as a jpg file and replaced the photo psd on the page with the JPG document. Facebook always comes up with the same message. Someone said to open it in preview but I don't even really know what song is or understand. I never used it. On my old Mac, I was extremely proficient with Photoshop - used often and always without problem, but this new LR/PS system always escapes me.

  Preview is an application included with OS X. You can find it in your Applications folder. Export your document Pages as a PDF file or one of these images you have handled in PDF format, then open the PDF with preview. The easiest way is likely to be fair, simply drag the icon of the PDF file on the Preview.app icon in Applications. Then, in the preview, click on file > export... and choose JPEG from the Format: drop-down menu. You should now be able to download the file that results on Facebook.

  I've asked this question before and has answered part of the question, but not the principal, I think that this problem would be simple, but that doesn't seem to be the case... I have an e-mail... There is a short poem in the e-mail... I would like to place this poem on my calendar f'book... and I can't do... the only way that I was able to do this is to take a screenshot and save it as a file in paint and then download to f'book but, sometimes, the page is too big and at the time where I have shrink down while it comes in the form of e-mail that's it's too small to read when I post on f'book... WHILE I HAVE IT AS AN email, I try to leave the cursor on the email page and save it as a file, he's only two options for the type of HTML file or COMPLETE WEB page... it will NOT ALLOW save ME as a jpeg image ot other formats, there are... No.... options to save in these types of files... when I try to download it f'book download, he said: is not good as a jpeg or other picture... responses I got before are to save to a file, I can't!... not in a format that f'book will help... does anyone know how to take a simple page of e-mail and publish it on facebook... Sorry, but am so frustrated...

  Is the poem in the form of a text message or a picture of the text, when you read in your email?

  If so, the poem is in the form of a text message, you can copy and paste the data on a notebook (to eliminate any problems with the fonts) and then copy and paste the message about your status.

  (To open Notepad, click Start, type notepad in the search, and press ENTER.)

  However, if the text of the email is in the form of an image (such as a captcha) file, you can download this image to your desktop and download to add pictures in the State.

  Unfortunately, you would not be able to do the reverse. There are too many files of anyone to load CSS and Javascript.
