Download of photos, not icloud

Upgrade to more storage on iCloud for my iPad.  Whenever I want to put a picture, it shows that there is a problem and try to come back later.  I buy more storage to try to come back later.  HOW can I fix it?

iCloud settings are all enabled.

On your phone, go to settings > iCloud and make sure that you have downloaded all your photos on your phone. Then click on "disable the iCloud photo library." But even once, make sure that you have all the photos uploaded to your Mac computer or your iPhone.

  • Download multiple photos to iCloud for iPhone

    Hello

I'm trying to find a way to upload several photos at the same time of the iCloud on my iPhone. I took a folder from my computer Windows 10 and placed in the iCloud folder. He did download all these photos, about 100 of them. I opened icon iCloud, since my iPhone Home screen, and all the photos are in the folder.

The problem is, I don't see a way to download the photos on my phone. I can select several pictures, but I don't see the possibility of moving photos from one place to another within iCloud. If I open a photo it will then allow me to save the image on my iPhone, but I don't want to have to do it manually for each photo.

Is there a way I can move the entire folder of iCloud on my iPhone without doing this manually? I don't want to have to open each image, click on another icon, then click on save to the phone option, it would take a very long time.

If option 2 would just directly connect my phone to my computer and download the file to my phone via iTunes. However, it seems that this option is no longer available. When I selected my phone from iTunes, as if I want to sync my phone, but click on the 'Photos' option on the left, there is nothing that shows. The only thing that shows a message says "iCloud Photos is on. iPhone can access the photos in iCloud. Photos can be downloaded to your device via Wi - Fi or cellular network." It used to be that if I placed a folder in my photo album on my computer, it would automatically put this album on my iPhone folder when I did a sync via iTunes and is no longer does that. I don't know if there was some option that I disabled or if it is no longer do.

Someone has suggestions on how to easily do so that I can keep a clean and well organized album without a lot of hassle or everything is mixed together, or without having to save each image individually?

    Thanks for any help,

    Zines

Instead of using iCloud Drive, add those photos from your PC to the photo library to iCloud. On your phone, with the same identifier Apple and iCloud library enabled, photos will be sync to iCloud on your phone and stay in the synchronized.

  • Pictures not download old photos to icloud

    Hello

I have a mac mini server mid-2010 running OS X El Capitan version 10.11.4.

I have the version 1.5 of the photos.

I have a considerable amount of old photos that have never been transferred to iCloud. I can think back to August 2013 on the iCloud.com site and my other devices (iPhone, iPad, mac book).

When I go to Preferences (in photos) I have iCloud photo library, my photo stream and checked iCloud photo sharing. I optimize Mac selected storage but I tried to download originals for the mac too. It is said to date earlier, which means she feels he has uploaded and downloaded everything to iCloud but this is incorrect.

Another response of support that I have seen that the person has proposed to cancel the process of cloudd and I did. No change. I've also seen to disconnect from iCloud in system preferences, iCloud, disconnect you. When I do this it says that your iCloud library is updating. He warned that all images not downloaded will be deleted. My only options are to turn off or continue the update. Ive tried to continue the update not for about 4 days and no change.

Can anyone help with what I can do to get the photos uploaded to iCloud for backup and access on all my devices?

It is said to date earlier, which means she feels he has uploaded and downloaded everything to iCloud but this is incorrect.

Create a smart album in your photo library ' file > new Smart Album.

Define the constraint for the smart album for "picture is unable to download to iCloud photo library." This album is empty?  If this is not the case, look at the photo format.  Some file formats more prevent the upload to iCloud photo library, for example "PICT", TIFF formats with more than 8 bits, or similar.

Also the files that were imported as referenced cannot download on iCloud photo library and will show as "Local." only

Search for "Photo is referenced" as well.

  • iCloud Photo Library Download stuck after changing icloud account

This is FYI if someone of another encounter the same problem, I've had.

My daughter Mac and iphone used a common icloud account that has been set up for the family some time ago.   She had a lot of photos stored in icloud, through Photos.  We decided to create account it with his own icloud and itunes recently.

The first question icloud was in its disconnection from the old account.  The message that you will lose pictures and videos that are not fully downloaded to the Mac we fear for a few days because there is no easy way that we could find to determine in advance what photos and videos were not fully downloaded.  So, we tried for these days download all photos and videos but did not seem to make any progress.  After a few days, we have bet that we could continue with disconnection and risk losing the photos and videos they would be still in icloud under the old account.  Then we saw on the screen depending on who told us that we will lose only 3 photos and 1 video - too bad that the screen has not come earlier.  So we disconnected.

The second question icloud came after connected to the new icloud account and tried to get his Mac photos to sync up to pictures of icloud.  We spent 2 or 3 days waiting for them to update and 2 separate calls with Apple support but no resolution.  There were two additional things, I noticed: 1) the iCloud library update bar (under preferences/Photos/account) remained empty (i.e., no green progress bar) for 2 or 3 days indicating no progress has been made and 2) next to the heading 'ICloud photo library' was the message in red that I had 29 (then 28 then 27) days to download my photos to icloud prior to their removal.  It made me suspicious that it was a reference to the photos under the old account and I was connected to the new account.  So, today, I bet and disconnected the new icloud account and once again had the same 3 photos and 1 video message would be deleted, that I accepted.  Then I signed in to the new account icloud, got informed that I had too little space on the new account to all the pictures and videos to download, I opted for more space (paying), end connection, then pictures/properties/account and viola, iCloud library update bar now give me 1) a number of pictures to download and green 2) in the progress bar.

    So, to summarize:

    1. If you're worried about losing your photos (or other files) If you disconnect your icloud account, note 1) you should be able to recover if you reconnect to the account and 2) that there is a window that will tell you how much you will lose (even if have never heard you those who), and
    2. If the synchronization ends up with no apparent progress made (especially no count of how many must be synchronized or no visible 'green' progress) then a possible solution is to disconnect, and then reconnect to your icloud account.

  • How can I download my photos iphone of the icloud on my Mac?

I just started using icloud for storing my photos and videos to increase the capacity of my phone.  I do not use the storage cloud in general, but I kept running out of space on my phone.  Very frequently, I plug my phone into the family mac to get my pictures on my phone.  When I did on this occasion, the Photos he has photos to import.  I know that I have 3 GB of photos I have taken on the phone last week, so I know there are pictures.  I like iCloud is in fact a connection with the phone that I was expecting.  The icloud is just virtual storage, so must appear as if it were part of the unit that we.

The Mac family uses on behalf of Apple to my wife.  Family photo library is under his account and is stored on RAID discs that are recycled off site for backup and storage protection.  We do not iCloud on our machines at home.  I thought that it would be harmless enough to use it for short term of photography on the phone storage.

So, finally, the question is, how do I get the pictures on my 'virtual' phone and in the library?

    Thank you
    Mark

You can download the photos to iCloud instead of from the iPhone.

On your Mac, open the web interface for iCloud to www.icloud.com and connect you with the same AppleID you use on the iPhone to your iCloud photo library.  Open the Photos.app on this page and select the most recent photos in all photo album.

You can select a range of photos at once by selecting a single photo, hold down the SHIFT key, selecting the last pictures.

Then click on the download button.

  • Photos added in the download on my PC "iCloud Photos" folder do not appear in iCloud. iCloud download photo library box unticked by itself after a minute.

Photos added in the download on my PC "iCloud Photos" folder do not appear in iCloud. In addition, iCloud library box get unchecked by itself after a minute. I had already added a subdirectory with images in the "Uploads" directory that uses 54 MB and I don't see them going to the cloud.

The problem disappeared after restarting my PC. Thanks to the support of Apple make this stage of growth of fundamental problems.

  • Why the Photo not to send my picture to iCloud

  • Download photos of ICloud

Have a new 9.7 IPAD Pro"and tries to download all my photos from ICLOUD. There are about 9 000 images. Internet high speed is not a problem. The download process - I think - I hope - is still ongoing. How long will it last? Is there a way that I know are always downloaded in the background images?

I see all my images on my IPAD but when I tried to open the pictures, some photos give me a white or a black screen. Can someone can advise? Thank you.

One thing to check. Go to settings > iCloud > Photos and the State which is indicated below the iCloud, photo library, on/off switch.

  • Isolate the iPad Pro downloads since Photo Push SD card to iCloud

I recently made a trip to the coast with my digital SLR camera, an iPad Pro and SD lightning adapter.  In general, I use Photos.app on my rMPB 13 "with a disk external DRIVE containing a reference of all DSLR photos library.  To save space and reduction of risk, I left the combo rMBP/HDD home for this trip.  Download photos DSLR to the iPad was certainly convenient and, at the time, worked very well, especially since I could see both iPhone and blows all DSLR at the same place (learned to love the Apple ecosystem, at least in concept).  All software was up-to-date as of January 3, 2016.

Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that I was not only download photos DSLR to my iPad, they were jostled in my iCloud photo library as well.  I love the photo library from iCloud, but I need to use files referenced for my digital SLR to support multiple users on my computer (otherwise, I would need to support the two libraries in double, not to mention space iCloud and Uploader for iPad/download bandwidth Mac).  Now I get files duplicate (a referenced, an iCloud) for each DSLR, even after "deletion" versions iCloud before importing the files referenced using the OS X Photos (photos of iCloud returned the next day).  It's particularly bad for me because it was an important meeting (~ 25 GB) and to capture pictures of the iPhone for local backup, Photos on OS X is configured to download the iCloud library.  As a result, I now have about 25 GB of space gnawed on my limited rMBP SSD with these pictures in double; exactly what I was trying to avoid when setting up my external HARD disc reference library.  I think that delete the photos on the side of iOS of Photos will solve my problem (fingers crossed).

Thus, in the light of the foregoing, I would like to know if there is a way to create a photo album on iOS which is isolated from the automatic pusher of the iCloud to Apple servers library?  This would allow me to use the iPad to see all photos of the day, the two SLRS and iPhone (because the iPhone 6 s has made a worthy camera), without screw my system to file it when I come home and break my bandwidth limits...

I would like to know if there is a way to create a photo album on iOS which is isolated from the automatic pusher of the iCloud to Apple servers library?

No, a library of Photos is synchronized completely. all of the photos you import photos can be synchronized to iCloud photo library, or added to my photo stream if you enable these services.      Do not use if you do not want to download all the new photos. Download of your photos by using a USB connection and using iTunes Sync Photo.

On your Mac, you could separate the photos referenced in the iCloud downloads using a smart album "Photo is referenced", since the referenced pictures will not download to iCloud photo library.

  • Photos of iCloud is not equal to iPhone Photos

For the 1st time, I decided to take a look at my photos online on icloud.com--> iCloud Photos from iCloud complained that my storage was almost full.

When I compare my icloud.com photos with my iphone Photos, the content is totally different.

    I wonder why?

Until today I had used my photo stream on the iPhone and the opening.

Everything seemed to work as expected, IE: photos taken on my iPhone would be present in Aperture.

    Can anyone shed light regarding:

1 - Why the Photo content iPhone and iCloud online Photos are different?

2-if I delete the pictures online what will happen to the Photos on my iPhone or vice versa?

    3. can delete the photos online with no impact on my iPhone or opening photos?

Following my iPhone Settings (settings--> Photos & camera)

    + Configuration for opening iCloud.

There is a difference, because your image library to iCloud is not toggled on.

iPhone 6s and macbook pro r all on the latest versions.

Both have iCloud photo library and sharing photos on iCloud

Created a shared week album last Tuesday or Wednesday which shows on iPhone but not my macbook pro.

The photos show on the mac in photos but the shared album is missing. All my other shared albums show on my mac.

AH HA.  I used to look at the photos through system preferences settings. I just checked photos > Preferences > iCloud, which shows the «update» Thursday Today is Wednesday then why isn't it up-to-date? And more importantly, how can I force it to sync?

I tried adding new videos of the shared album that appear good on the iPhone but still once, nothing shows up on the mac.

I shared the album with myself using another email address, and I am able to see everything through the link 'see this album on the web', but still not my my mac

  • Moved from my library of Photos to iCloud by car and now the pictures will not open it...

I thought being smart and transfer my library of Photos to iCloud by car so I can access all my devices, but now the pictures won't open it. I hold down the Option key when starting the Photos and told to open the library moved in my world of iCloud drive. He complains about the library in an incompatible format (or something similar). If I move just back off iCloud drive to any where in my regular Finder file system then pictures is perfectly fine opening of the library. What the heck! Anyone know what is happening or that seemingly obvious thing does not work why?

Yes... I think the library should be 'local' to your Mac. It can live on a USB key and maybe even a network drive, but I do not expect any level of performance with her on the cloud. If you think you can avoid to keep your phone synchronized with iCloud and still have access to all of your library, it won't work.

Apple don't tell you not to do it, but they said this without mentioning iCloud drive...
