  According your description of issue I see that when you try to download the program of Ohio State, you get an error saying unable to connect ERROR SSL: bad server certificate.

  Could you please answer these questions to identify the issue?

  2. you are using the proxy settings?

  This problem can occur if Internet Explorer does not recognize the authority of the root of the SSL Web site, and the Proxy Automatic configuration file is configured to return another Proxy Server to the client. When Internet Explorer uses a proxy table and can't match the authority root servers secured with one local store, Internet Explorer adds internally the proxy used to created the connection to the list of server BadProxy in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer then tries to communicate with the proxy in the table and if the next server is unavailable, Internet Explorer attempts to locate the server, and if this is not successful, it generates an error of navigation.

• Sites that use javascript to launch code download fail in FF but work in Internet Explorer.

  All financial sites that I use (TD Ameritrade, SunTrust bank, AmEx, etc.) allow to download monthly statements in pdf format. These used to be direct links to a pdf file, which can be downloaded or played directly in Firefox. They are now the javascripts which probably make the PDF on the fly from documents, and then download. I get a garbage file on my desk instead. In Internet Explorer, the javascript code triggers a query to view or download. In Firefox, I believe that there is a flash of a window that opens, then nothing. I tried to disable AdBlocker and have the sites listed to allow pop-ups, and is not.

  Try running Firefox in questions to troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode. If it works properly in this configuration, then one of your modules is the culprit.

• Need to export a bank statement PDF in Excel.  When I export the file, the alignment is all out of wack, how to recreate the format?

  Hi need to export some bank statements in an Excel document, in order to be able to edit and add information.  I have download the statement that is only exported to Excel PDF.  I have to open the file and the margins are all out the alignment. Need to change and put it all in their correct margins.  Is their an easier way to do it?

  OK, FINALLY found a solution. And I'm sure that concerns everyone in the matter not English so spread the word. When you open adobe application manager, before installing anything check your presets (upper left corner of the adobe application window, arrow next to your adobe ID) to ensure that the defined language is the same as the product that you ordered/subscribed to.

  In my case, when I subscribed to photoshop, I chose the English version. But once I started to install the app Manager software automatically set as Finnish language, so I was installing a product that I was not subscribed to and that is why, he installed the trial version of the rather extensive ps.

• Incomplete download of the Flash Player

  I want to collect statistics on this client every 17:00, because they shut down the server, after office hours.
  Office hours for this client is 08:00 - 17:00. And the server closes at 18:00. So I need to download the stats at 17:00.
  
  Given that I am only collecting stat at 17:00, peux I just turn on my main server of WHO at 17:00 too, just to receive updates of this customer? Then I close after updates, so again and repeat the process daily? It comes

  Hello

  To get alerts, WHO/repository database must be running.
  for example if your CMS is down, agent targets will still meet the target of the data and the agent can store up to 50 MB (default) and after that it will stop the data collection. It will also continue to try to reach to the WHO and once WHO is in place, it will download all the data and you will get all alerts (latest alerts as well).

  So it is always best to keep the agent targets downwards or mode blackout for the unavailability of the WHO.

  To monitor the database of the WHO/repository, you an agent installed on the primary server also. So even if you keep the officer down, you will always get alerts on targets except WHO/rest DB. It is therefore necessary to follow this agent because as prod, your tracking will be done through OEM and if something goes wrong with CMS, you won't know.

  It is also very easy to blackout and only once, you can select all the targets and the blackout.

  As far as I know, but I have not tested, you can also keep the SGD in blackout mode, but you will still get alerts on other targets...
  Also, if you don't want to receive alerts by e-mail during a time window, you can set up your electronic mail as a result notification schedule and you will get alert e mail during this time window only.

  You also have the option to suspend the notification also.

  Yes, you can give it a try. Because the current stable version is Firefox 38.0.5 and you use 41.0. Which is a very unstable version.

  I just download Microsoft money and have been able to download my statements etc. I understand that this is a US version and I changed my account details so they pound sterling. Not been able to find a UK version.

  However, when I go to the list of the main accounts and look at the bank account details, it is visible in the form below. Can I change the software settings so that it is ready to pound sterling? It shows the balances of the accounts in pounds sterling but subtotal in dollars.

• Error code 800b0100 when using windows update

  Installation of Vista 32 bit, most of my windows updates do not settle. The files downloaded through Windows Update, which is set to be installed after asking, not automatically.  Update process begins, progress window moves toward completion, then at one point in the installation stops and the status display indicates failure of the installation.
  I could not install the updates for Vista Home premium 32-bit system.  Downloaded the State of preparation of system tool update, which the log file reports 5 errors, which seem to be missing files.  Question is how to get and install the missing files?

  Interesting answer.  Anti Virus is McAfee Security Center v 9.15, last updated 19/11/09 (interesting to note that it is not updated since then...)

  You see the effects of 2 months-plus hijackware infection.

  Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows.  Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) will NOT fix it!

  Can someone help me try to get my hard drive reformatted to SP3. I used my original OS drive that was SP1 and now I want to upgrade to SP3 and it seems to be impossible. On the microsoft Update site that seems well to enable professionals or those who want to download to a network, but not for those who want to download on a single computer at home. Y at - it a simple way to get SP3 or SP2 even since [as I understand] I get SP3 if I have SP2. Any help would be appreciated since renewing my current and then reformatted hard drive I have struggled to get the operational connection Wireless [it's ok for now] and cannot get anti virus on SP1 either so I'm quite vulnerable to God knows what virus' until I can get updated to SP3.
