  Well, the problem is resolved.  I have the AMD processor.  During the installation of sp3, it changed some registry values and we had to come in and change their return.   The people at microsoft were great and walked me through the process.   For your reference # 800 936 2909 if is1 you need to solve a problem.   Thank you

  I use a piece of software to display in a glass case.  I use it to view Powerpoint files, but when files are run, instead of running like a slide show, I get a window that says "Do you want to open or save this file?" and a check box "always ask before opening this type of file.

  To resolve this problem in xp, you'll sign > Folder Options > File Types > Powerpoint > show and uncheck the box that says "Confirm open after download".  At startup, the Powerpoint file then begins as a slideshow.

  In Windows 7, the folder options method is not available.  So, how can I get the same result.  There is no option in Powerpoint to do this.  I think that a registry hack is required.

  Delete the following folders in the preferences:

  (a) ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe /.

  (b) ~/Library/Caches/Acrobat/

  (c) ~/Library/Caches/Acrobat/

  (d) ~/Library/Preferences/Acrobat Distiller Prefs

  (e) ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/

  Here ~ represents your home directory. Empty your trash, restart the computer and then start the Acrobat software.

  It is very unlikely that the Ralink bluetooth radio that has your model is compatible with Windows 10.

  The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the bluetooth W10 Ralink driver and see if it works.
