  Yes, thank you for responding, it's working now. I didn't know that the executable program file was in my Applications folder, and I tried to launch the program in the Adobe Acrobat XI folder on the desktop. It's all good.

Following the instructions online, I downloaded dng converter 9.5, which is supposed to update Photoshop for this device. But it still doesn't work. It is unclear what I see online (and there is no number to call for support) If a later version of elements is needed to do this, or if items is even helped at all by the converter of 9.5. -What for the full program of Photoshop? Any suggestions? I spent a few hours on this today, and it's frustrating. After Nikon to Canon this round and so they need new lenses, filters, etc., I have not exactly cash remains for a new program of camera as well.

  There is a rat. When you download it asks if you want the google chrome, which has already installed 10.3 with it, so you don't even have the download of 10.3. uninstall all other versions Adobe of your comp. and then download google chrome by itself, magically everthing works fine even if you have uninstalled all adobe readers.  It's ok for now, but I'm always looking for another way to do job 10.3. I {deleted content: language filter escape} hate google!
