  So, exactly how to download the Special Edition PSE 14 Costco, since the included instructions do not work?  I guess that the generic version of PSE 14 trial would not include the unique features for the special edition of Costco. And, no, I don't have a CD/DVD drive work.

  I clicked on the first link you posted and was able to download the program. I did not, but I could have. See the Image.

  Just PSE picks up your system fonts, so just to install fonts as you normally would and the PES should find them.

• Why RAW 6.5 Converter download not in my PSE 9?

  I have a camera Canon T3i and use PSE 9 to work on my photos. Recently I bought an iMac and transferred my PSE 9 and CR2 (RAW) files are unable to read. It immediately made my JPEG photo. I downloaded the converter RAW 6.5 for PES 9 as suggested by the Adobe page. When I look at where my 6.5 download is gone, its meeting in a "downloads" folder in my hard drive... I have to move it to another location in order to upload in PSE 9?

  When I look for updates in my PSE 9 program to try to download the 6.5, but it says there was an error in the download of the update. I tried to uninstall PES 9 and re - install twice now, and the version of the RAW converter is still 6.1 in my PSE 9.

  Help please? I worked on that literally days... without much luck.

  You must run the Setup program for the 6.5 of camera raw plugin you downloaded.

  For the screenshots compress you the Volume up and Volume down until you hear the sound of the shutter.

  You can download your image under the license again on the history of license and you will not be charged again.

  I downloaded a demo of PES 13 and now I want to buy it. However, when I try to do so, a window pops up asking you a serial number, which, of course, is what I want to buy. I tried to enter the serial number I have for PES 12, but the window was informed that it was not a valid number for PES 13, which is exactly what I want to get by buying. Arrrgggghhh. I guess I could go buy a drive somewhere and enter the number on this disc, rather than download and reinstall all PSE 13. I wonder if it works? I have already installed plugins in the trial version that just as quickly, I would not have to reinstall - one of them is a real pain in the neck to install. What do you think guys? How can I get a valid serial number for 13 without having to download and reinstall? Or maybe I should just stick with 12.

  No, did not work. Seems pretty obvious, but the problem was when I clicked on buy now program wanted my serial number of PSE 13. Finally realized (duh) click on learn more, that took me where I needed to go to buy the license number. Boy, am I stupid sometimes, but, fortunately, not too stupid that not knowing to click on 'Buy now'. Thank you, for your entry; We know ever just how out to lunch someone can be.

  Do you know when PSE 13 will be available in the Canada as it comes out for the USA > also if I buy PSE 13 and on a Mac OSX with 8 GB and I have a Canon 60 d and a Canon 70 d will I have to convert my RAW files to DNG, before I can open them in the elements.  Also is it necessary download Quicktime 7 for PSE 13 and which is downloadable for free.  Thanks for any help.

  PSE13 is available for purchase at the Canada today on Adobe.com or via your dealer.

  Your Canon RAW files will support natively in PSE13, so you will not need to use DNG with these cameras.

  QuickTime is a free download, but we require it.
