  This update (4.1.57) is for AT & T only. This update is not currently available also for Bell Mobility. We will provide details if an update is available for Bell Canada. The update method may vary, but we like to do Over the Air updates as much as possible.

  If you have a phone unlocked from AT & T you get the update if you are using official factory installed software. If you have changed the software of your phone in any way he can make it difficult to update.

• How to restore the new tab button in the navigation menu when it is not available in the Customize?

  The new tab button disappeared from my navigation menu. None of the changes or upgrades have been made.   I just bought windows 7 to upgrade my computer with, and one of the key features that interested me was the television online. SO, after spending $ 150 for the new program I get my computer set up and find I can't access any type of online TV at all. There is no State which on the box or AE anywher discovered just because I goggled it. So... after as muc as would an American, my question of this Canadian is when to to take advantage of these benefits also? Microsoft does it anytime soon. ?  Sucks a bit because I live in a border town so im literally like 15 mins States...: (!)

  Microsoft has no control on whether TV Online is available in your country. This has nothing to do with your operating system (Windows 7). It seems that there are a lot of Canadian television online.

  FWIW, if the user that is used in safe mode is an administrator, it can be used to change user to other users accounts.  If this isn't the case, please specify the problem.
