Download suite CS5 - error extracting installer product 101

Suite premium CS5.5, goto bought my orders, click on download, does nothing. Finally found the wizard of adobe download and installed, download lasted 4 hours and completed successfully and then gives the error, error extract 101 product setup, check disk space.  I have 40 times the space needed for that is not the issue.  Retried the download, got the same result. See also on other items, to refer to a click on the alternative download method I also can't find, maybe because my download link does nothing? On IE9 windows7.

    Creative suite Adobe CS 5 is a very old software so there may be compatibility issues that adobe has not tested these applications on newer operating systems.

    However, you can try downloading & installing the installer for Adobe creative suite CS 5 from following link:

    Please check and confirm that your goal keeper of Mac is configured to allow installation anywhere.

    To do this, go to the Apple icon > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > enable applications downloaded from anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the lower left corner and enter your Mac password)

    These changes are temporary, you can restore these back to normal later.

    2. You have formatted the hard drive before reinstalling XP on the computer?
    3. What is the full error message that you receive?

    CS5.5 does not require a login, so there must be something else requiring that you.  Maybe it's the security of your system requires you to login to allow installation.

    MoeGhazal I have reviewed your account and it seems that you have upgraded to a volume license CS4 Design Premium for an upgrade of retail Design Premium 5.5.

    I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled.  Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.

    If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.  If you can contact our support team you can be traversed through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our team of support directly in Contact with the customer.  You can try to install a web browser, you have not previously used.  It of probably a toolbar or other software applications affect your ability to access the media cat successfully.

    If you have a valid serial number for InDesign CS5.5, you can install it, please make sure that you check the minimum system requirements for CS5.5: system requirements for Adobe InDesign for Mac OS and Windows, as it is an earlier application and has not been tested on the latest hardware.
