  We have written an application that works well in the Simulator. I'm putting it in the unit. I copied cod, jad, jar files. When I am clicking on the jad file to download the app, the following message is coming.

  This application requires the following module, which is not installed: net_rim_xml_org

  Your application is through the size of 64 k, you must extract the files of cod brother. You can do than cod using winzip or win rar, extract files from the master COD. These brother COD files will appear in your file JAD, cross-checking with the names and the size of the brother COD to JAD files. Place the JAD file and files of COD of brother that the application will be installed.

  Note: If your application has used none of the Secure API, Application must be signed to perform on the real device.

  just tried to update an existing application (not DPS) - with a new version of DPS.

  When I try to download the package I get following message:

  • Apple web service operation was not successful
  • Impossible to authenticate the package: 735986870.itmsp
  • ITMS-9000 ERROR: "this set is not valid. The value of [3.4.5.8.92847] CFBundleVersion key in the file Info.plist must contain a later version than the version previously downloaded [14.9]. "to SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage).
  • ITMS-9000 ERROR: "this set is not valid. The value of key CFBundleShortVersionString [1.0.7] in the Info.plist file must contain a later version than the version previously downloaded [14.9]. "to SoftwareAssets/SoftwareAsset (MZItmspSoftwareAssetPackage).

  As you can see, the previous version was 14.9 and the new DPS version should be 14.9.1.

  I often read the answer, I can't ignore the messages of ERROR-ITMS-9000, but I can't download the package... so I can't ignore it.

  Contact technical support. Adobe somebody needs to manually change the number of your version in such cases.

  It is an error with check presentation to Apple and you'll need open a request for developer support with them. See Re: "Invalid Bundle." '... viewer.app does not support the specified minimum OS version in the Info.plist file' for more details.

  Hello, I have a day of original launch Palm Pre (Sprint).  All settings are always the factory settings, and I did no changes (preware, homebrew apps, etc.). Starting from 02/05/10, I am unable to download the app updates but also to download new applications. Download status/progress indicator appears, but never made any real progress even let it sit overnite.  I have both a strong WiFi connection & EV, so there should not be a connectivity issue.  I deleted files suggest that there may be a problem of space/memory (music removed files and delete many rarely used applications) and restarted the phone several times but not joy.

  Someone else knows it?  Is this a known issue?  Can anyone recommend a fix for this problem purdy please?

  Alternatively, if you are currently on any lower software version 1.3.51, you may consider to download the webOS Doctor from our Web site at www.palm.com/rom . This is because some customers have reported enforcement problems after ignoring several updates. Others have no problem with updates like this to jump.

  Either of these solutions, you will have to 1.4.1.1, and when you register in your profile, contacts and other PIM data will restore your device.

  Always the same?

  1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and locate the file named hosts inside etc folder.

  Copy 2) guests of the file to the desktop and open the same thing with Notepad.

  Check if you can see all Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?
