Downloaded four months worth of data

It's tedious. It is particularly painful in which each file has the same name. A file name with the date and the beginning of the period would be much better. What I found worked best was to show the table discovered the workouts, then open a new tab for each workout. Otherwise, it's really, really annoying waiting for the data to display, so you can switch to the overview and download it.

It is in Windows 7 Home Premium, with FireFox v. 28.0 (Yes, I know that it is outdated; I have not used this computer a lot lately). I don't know which version of FireFox has been installed at the time of download - everything that was more common at the time, as I usually make a practice of installing updates.

You can click on view history to open the library.
You should see the downloads folder in the left pane between the record of history and bookmarks.
You can also click on the download icon (down arrow) on the Navigation toolbar, and click Show all downloads.

If you renamed the file then you will not be able to open the file and may also not be the containing folder where you saved the source of the file, but at least it means that you always have this file download history.

We can get this as another form. The last chat with one of our staff asked an email address to at least try to get additional contacts for help, but technology chat session refused to give their address. Four different Tech tried different solutions without success. What to do next? Please consult the transcript of what has past and let us know how to proceed. We are a non-profit organization. Our time and money is valuable to us. We want the use of the software that we paid for. We need a solution to this.

You should always use the function MONTHS_BETWEEN...

I don't see how you get 8.4 months. The counted months are February, March, April, may, June, July, August and, as of today, 9 and change the days of September. Unless I forgot the lessons of counting, I learned in kndergarten is 7 full months and a bit.

Maybe you want something like:

If you get the form date a table, you can use trunc (date_column, 'mm') at the date of the first day of the month.
