• Can not download the drivers and software for my laptop from HP site

Sometimes only for a few configurations downloads starts but is too slow, about 9 kb/sec. I tried with different PC but the problem remains. I don't know if it's a question based on my computer or on the HP site. Can someone help me?

  After scouring many forums I found the solution that worked for me:
  1. go in Task Manager > details > Explorer.exe and click end task.

  2. now click on file in the Task Manager > type Explorer.exe (here's the trick) check the box below shows that (Create this task with administrative privileges.)

  3. now install / uninstall it should work 100%.

  Toshiba U.S. and Toshiba Canada provides some Vista drivers for simple models and series, but it seems that the Tecra A4 is not listed.

  I'm new to computers and there is still a lot to learn, I have an OS Vista Home Premium and I think to upgrade to Ultimate and I read that the complete PC Backup and restore can be used with MS Virtual Server to back up the computer.
