  Hello. We have updated the dps of our applications. After that the analytic panel shows nothing. Any past history.

• Installation of DPS 2015 problem

  Hello world

  I recently signed up for a free trial of DPS 2015 and I'm trying to traverse the how to videos. I'm at the stage where I need to install Packager HTML Article. I downloaded the installation files and when I double-clicked for the installation, the icon appears to bounce in my dock like any program of loading (see photo 1) and then I get this fast (see photo 2) I click on open, but then the twist disappears icon and nothing happens. I dragged the program directly in my applications folder and tried loading from there, but you have the same problem. I can't think otherwise to install it. Any ideas on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  Great that you are using the HTML package manager tool!

  This will transform your html files in a f .articleormat you need in order to download content DPS 2015.

  You will need to do is just drag-and - drop and html file in Packager of HTML and that's it!  is - this simple.

  Thus, there are no problems.

• DPS Analytics problem

  DPS for Analytics System State shows everything works fine but when I connect to my dashboard for my application, I see a bunch of folios which do not belong to me, what is happening?

  I just want to close the loop on this issue. After a discussion on a separate thread, the client has confirmed that the problem has disappeared.

  After the investigation, we have found that the problem why you saw data that does not belong to you yesterday, it's that the segment has been ignored by Site Catalyst for some reason any. Now is back to normal.

• Subscription with DPS app problem

  We have an application in the booth that has a problem with subscriptions.

  When a user taps on the floor of the library membership, or if they press the "Subscribe" button in in order to download the folio and after crossing the guests of the subscription, a status indicator at the top of the screen just turns and says "purchase of subscription...". »

  I read in this forum of support that Apple will reject an app for that 'suspended' the question of membership.

  I created a shared Secret in iTunes Connect I plugged on the details page of the correct Application on the Administration tab account accounts in the dashboard of DPS.

  I have the Apple product, entered in the 'Free subscription product ID' field ID in the DPS application builder.

  Am I missing something?

  It turns out that not all product IDS are created equal.

  When you create the app ID in the iOS Provisioning portal, you specify a product ID.

  

  When you configure in-app purchases in iTunes Connect, the same product ID is used.

  

  When you compress all to send to Apple, you specify the same ID of product in the DPS App Builder.

  

  However, the product specified in the producer Folio ID MUST BE DIFFERENT in the order of confirmation of subscription and notification to work properly.

  

  My problem has been created by my using the same product ID in the producer Folio I'd used in iTunes Connect and the DPS App Builder.

  In order to change the ID of the Panel producer Folio, you must click the button to update and enter a different ID.

  When users to launch your application, they will see two copies of your folio. The version they already had and the updated version. They can download the update and the subscribe button and tile should work.

  When users to archive the old version of your application, it will completely disappear off their iPads.

  Note: this is in addition to the creation of a Secret shared in iTunes Connect and plug it into the appropriate field in the page for detailed information on the DPS account.

• AC analytical problems

  I created a CD4007UBE NMOS transistor using a virtual enhancement mode 4 terminal mosfet of Multisim. To test whether the imported model was OK, I designed the circuit and the DC, transient, and AC analysis compared to simulations conducted in Mircrocap and PSpice (for the same circuit).

  It's all in the agreement except the AC analysis. The phase response is completely different from Mircorcap and PSpice... The mid-band gain is in accord with two other software, but the low frequency and high frequency response is different way in Multisim.

  I can't understand why this would be the case... I use bypass caps in my circuit and I shouldn't see any gain DC... Multisim is showing a DC gain where there should be none.

• DPS kiosk problem

  Hello.

  We have a problem with our kiosk app. As you can see in the attached file see us the same question twice.

  In the folio generator and producer folio the issue we are talking about is downloaded only once.

  This problem occurs with the HD for the Ipad and Android 10 ".

  Other issues of our magazine are downloaded in the same way as the one with the problem.

  We use liquid layouts to create all refunds for Ipad and Android.

• Content DPS security problem!

  I was recentley develop/test mobile solutions of retail videos on the iPad and the iPhone. I came across DPS and this seems to be a perfect solution, it requires no coding and I can embed our videos in a ducments of InDesign and publish as folios of detail which is also a plus because we are a team of disigners and that's all we needed! Unfortionatly DPS proved not to be an option very secure for our content sells!

  Access to all our premium content is also easy downloaing iExplorer, to connect the iPad/iPhone to your computer and extract each piece of contents of folios.

  I understand that end users will not have access to folios of detail without purchisng them, but once they make the purchase, any person can extract any kind of content!

  I honstley find this level of security a deal stopper for large orgenizations distribution to retail or sensitive material, but yet I see Nationl Geographics using DPS and a lot of other big names, they are not aware of this? they don't care? or is there something that I am missing?

  I really like Adobe DPS and it really made me sad that such a large platfrom suffers from this lack of content protection.

  I'd appreciate any help or suggestions on this issue.

  There are discussions and work in preparing items to enhance the security of the content of the DPS. The initial set of customers has not seen a need to require the DRM in the DDA. Their target audience was their existing subscriber base and the readers who bought their content in the corner kiosks. This hearing had not the desire and the technicality needed to open a mobile device, extract content, remove it from the appliance, place it on another device and find a way around the authentications of purchase set in place for the content. Most of these guests has decided that providing for an attractive price content combined with an easy shopping experience short circuit the need for digital protection.

  They feared more than DPS properly integrated with the store and checking of purchase and receipt to monitor that the DRM or encrypted content. It is still the case for the majority of customers who use the DPS for the retail publications. Applications for increased security come more public institutions who want to use the DPS to publish within their society.

• iPhone and iPad app DPS - iTunes problem

  I built an iPad and an iPhone app 320 x 480 to be visible on all iPhones, instead of just limiting to the retina displays. But in iTunes, it asks for screenshots of iPad and retina display iPhone screenshots only. Therefore, I can't place screenshots of the iPhone. Surely made my iPhone will be rejected on the basis of who?

  One option is to simulate an image of the retina in Photoshop.

  Another option is to take a retina (640 x 1136) screen shot with your folio 320 x 480 display and press to display the navigation bars, so that the black bars are hidden.

  Another option is to create real 1136 x 640 "rendition". I recommend this option if you have the time.

  When you look at the DPS analytical Pro with my reseller account DPS, you get the basic information such as:

  -cancellation of the folio

  etc.

  But the second part of this has to do with content like:

  -ads that were read

  -What items have been read

  -How video have been read

  -What overlay is the most popular, etc.

  But I want to know, when viewing an article 'account' in analytics?

  Any view page generates a hit to Analytics. So, Yes, quickly flipping between pages 3, 4 and 5, to go to page 5 generates the same value analytical as navigation between pages 3, 4 and 5 reading completely all the content of these pages. The value, I think you are looking for is dwell (the amount of time an average user spends on a page) page. Which is currently available via the Site Catalyst, not the base level analytics. I have plans to improve the analytical base to add additional cards to linger, total time spent on the page, average time spent on the page and other important pieces of information. I don't have an ETA when these additional graphics will be available.

  I am also looking to add a new measure of page County who don't shoot until a user spent anywhere from 3 to 5 seconds on a page vs just flipping to navigate to the next page.

• Visualize a folio on a pc without DPS

  I created a manual using DPS, the problem we have is that not all teachers have access to a Tablet currently so we need to get them to do the same, our students will be seen on the Tablet, but using a PC. Is it possible to use the viewer content adobe on a PC without installation of indesign? Any other suggestions?

  Since you have a DPS full subscription, you have two options:

  (1) to use the web viewer, as suggested above

  (2) build a viewer customized Windows and to submit it to the Windows store. This way anyone running Windows 8.1 or 10 Windows on their desktop, laptop or tablet computer can download and use the application.
