  You must follow the steps to download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps to "install previous versions of applications. It is not particularly easy, but if you follow the steps and screenshots, you will be able to install the CC2014 version.

  I was able to expand the custom Viewer backbone than Derek articles read previously posted on wisely.

  The code works perfectly on IPads later, an Air of the IPad for example, but when you test on an iPad 2 - The Adobe DPS API does not return the folios.

  I placed the same application development on two IPads and side by side one works and returns the correct number of folios and the other returns zero.

  Everyone knows, I am currently working on what could be the problem?

  The only thing I can think is that calls to the Adobe DPS API sending on the IPad version / series to denote its version can return / do not return folios, on this basis that DPS folio support has been dropped for older ipads?

  What size are your folios? If you published folios of 2048 x 1536, they will appear on devices iPad 2. It is recommended to publish all folios in 1024 x 768.

• Why can't I publish a public folio with my business account of DPS?

  I do not have access to the folio edition option from Adobe DPS public. I know that we have a professional account, so I should be able to publish a public folio. I tried to contact support Adobe several times to clarify this, but received no response.

  Folios that will appear in the app must be published using an account that is assigned to a role of "Application". You use the Administration tool of the accounts on the dashboard of DPS (https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com) to assign roles to the accounts. Note that you cannot assign a role to an existing DPS account. You will probably need to create a new Adobe ID to use for this account, and then use the share > copy to copy the folios to the new account of the application. See Digital Publishing Suite help | Account management tool. You can also read the Getting Started Guide DPS section which covers the configuration of accounts (started http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/products/digital-publishing-suite-family/pdfs/dp s-is-a - guide.pdf).

  You must maintain an active account of DPS professional for slips to your Android app. If you cancel your account Pro DPS so your readers will be able to download the app on Google, but will not be able to download the slips inside.

  What is your folio format? If it is in PDF format, unfortunately producer Folio does not show assets PDF for items.

• Video shared via folio

  Im a folio (orientation h and v) v23 that contains the video of the construction. The video is used repeatedly, in various articles throughout the folio. From my tests, it seems that a video used multiple times, in different articles, adds total Folio weight, even if it is linked to a file source video. BTW, it doesn't seem to be a problem with the weight and two directions.

  I searched this forum and saw he addressed several times, but my results do not correspond to the top. I think maybe I can do something wrong.

  So my question; How can I repeatedly use the same video, in various articles, through a folio without DPS thinking that this is a new video and therefore adding overall weight of folio?

  If you need to use the same video in several articles, the best way to reduce the size of folio is to add the video to the HTMLResources.zip file and create a web page that plays the video. In each article, create a content overlay Web that points to the local HTML file. Here are some links that might be useful:

  Only, I published my first publication on ipad and Android.

  However, it seems that on an Asus transformer TF300 it fails. I tried a different Asus TF300 and gives the same result.

  -Download app (Viewer)

  -Library rises

  -After downloading the folio, all crashes. Without any warning, error or whether, it disappears. Restarting the application will yet come back to the library.

  I thought that it was specific to my folio, but it turned out to be other DPS publications are the same thing. As Asus sells this thingy-transformer a lto, I fear there will be more users who cannot use any publication of DPS. Of course, it is not good for my reputation, or Adobe, not to mention my client!

  The Adobe viewer also shows the same behavior.

  Maybe it's Asus, but other applications seem to work properly on the TF300, although the standard browser seems to give have a few problems.

  I tested my app on many other devices when running near City Center and installed on tablets, they all work very well.

  No, some technical reasons, it is is not possible with V24, so it would be fixed with V25.

  The company that I work out a professional license to Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, a few years ago and we are still paying the monthly subscription.

  We have never actually published folios that applications Apple or Android, instead, most of our folios is just shared with our customers through the Adobe Content Viewer.

  Is it necessary for us to pay for a professional for this license? His I understand the tax pro subs is to pay for packages of accomplishment for Adobe downloads.

  We have also a few accounts team cc to Adobe, which also allow us to download on the folios of dashboard and share DPS through the content viewer.
  so I think that he shouldn't pay for a professional account, if we share only folios via the Adobe Content Viewer application.

  This may seem basic stuff, but its pretty hard to find info on the DPS on the Adobe site. Also the person who set up the initial pro account is no longer with our company.

  You should be aware that there is no assurance that folio workflows will be again supported with AEM Mobile replacing DPS a lot more long in any case.

• Folio will not complete download to Adobe Content Viewer on iPad

  I work in InDesign 2014.2 Windows and using the most recent version of the viewer Adobe Content (as of 24/11/15) on the iPad. He sees the folio (unpublished) that I created and some items are appearing. But other items will not complete the download process. They say just 'pending' or 'preparation '. They never get beyond, even after 24 hours. I tried to restart, signing in and out of InDesign and Content Viewer with no luck. I am able to view the full folio in the viewer of content on my desktop and my colleagues are able to download the full folio on their iPads without problem. How can I fix?

  I deleted the Adobe Content Viewer app from the iPad and reinstalled. He is currently working.

  1st - you update the indesign file.

  2. you select section of the folio in the Panel of the Folio Builder idesign (Menu-> Windows-> Folio Builder), then updated in the top right menu. At this point, you can use Adobe Content Viewer iPad app (get for free on the AppStore) to test your folio updated (the one with the square of blue lighting bolt). Log in with id Viewer that your application uses for Acrobat from Adobe content server.

  3. you go to the top up to the level of folio to Folio Builder idesign Panel and then select producer Folio in the upper right of the Panel. This will bring producer Folio in the web browser.

  4 Select the portfolio you want to update and click the blue "Update" button on the right. This updates the folio on the Distribution of DPS Service. Please note: this is different from the Acrobat content server.
