• Problem with DPS App Builder and iPhone

  Anyone else see a problem with launcing is a 'DPS App Builder"App on the iPhone 4S. The app will launch, shows the splash screen and then close. Closing the application or the phone and launch new doesn't make any difference. He arrived with version 22 or 23. The same app launched on an iPad 2 has no problem.

  Ok. I built a new version of 22 App from scratch rather than update the 21 to 22 version I already had my DPS App Builder. This time it worked, no crash at launch on the iPhone. Also downloaded an edition in the sandbox and it worked fine.

  I would caution anyone to spend 21 to 22/23 with this new version of the App Builder. Take the extra few minutes and build it from scratch.

• Problems with DPS App Builder

  Best of all,

  Buy unique edition of DPS for several days.

  I did a test to start to learn how to use the DPS and all great and activate a publication of apple test certificates and even download the. IPA to test it on the ipad.

  But what is my surprise when I try to activate a second request and wonder DPS acronym edition serial number and fails to introduce me and not let me delete the publication of the essay.

• language with some app problem

  Hello

  I have the problem with the language settings in some specific applications. The system works very well and reacts to the change of language. But these app idea and stay in English, even though I tried to delete all the languages and set only German... no change was still in English.

  My mother tongue is Czech. I use the latest version of the OS El Captain 10.11.4

  The applications involved are: Pages, iTunes, by plane (perhaps even more that I don't know)

  Airmanil app that I put Czech in general settings and no change... (Try also to affect German, no difference)

  Here, I have a few Pages screen. (green is red, correct language is not)

  I would be grateful for any suggestion.

• Error messages associated with DPS App build

  First of all, I got an error:

  "Build does not contain the correct beta right."

  I tried to download my Build again.

  This has led to a new error message:

  Here's how DPS subscriptions are designed to work. Users sign up for a subscription period, such as 1 year. When they subscribe, they are entitled to all folios where the setting of the Date of Publication is located between the Subscriber start date and the end date, the more they get access to the most recently published Folio. Adobe added the folio more recently published for the subscription period so that users would be entitled to a new problem when they subscribe. In your scenario, your customer who subscribes on the 2nd of the month would be entitled to the magazine published on the first day of the month, because it is the most recently published folio.

  Hi, I have a few problems with DPS app Builder.

  We have the version 3.1.3 but when we plateau connect we have the message

  We have connected our acrobat.com with Safari account.
  On our dashboard when we clicked on DPS App Builder on the left, Safari offered for us save Apple Developer account!

  And when this recording was made, DPS App Builder no longer ask questions!

  When we connected with Firefox on our acrobat.com account and we clicked on DPS App Builder, any proposed listing had been requested by Firefox.

  Actually, we had not yet registered our company with Apple Developer.

  So, the problem seems to be in check with Apple, and apparently, DPS App Builder does not want to be launched if this entry is not yet made.

  Well, now DPS App Builder works normally

  I finished building my application with Digital Publishing Suite and created my application with DPS App Builder (for easy editing). Now that I'm testing my application development, I was wondering if there was a way to remove the casing around the application I built, because it interferes with interactive elements on my page. Is this something that cannot be done with the professional or Enterprise editions?

  There is no way to remove the menu bar that appears on the screen when the player clicks on the content of the page. He must realize in your design if it applies to you. Even the pro/business clients cannot turn it off.

• Confused about Adobe ID + creative cloud + DPS App Builder.

  You can publish the first folio when you want to. It will not appear until your application is approved.

  When you create a multi-folio application, the application itself is just a container. It does not include the folios. Instead, the library looks at the level of the Adobe server for leaflets published by using the ID of title specified in the Viewer. For a subscription application, you need to create in-app purchases for each sheet of the retail and in-app purchase product ID for each subscription period. You offer in-app purchases to Apple.   Public/retail value your folio and attach it with the free subscription you have created in iTunes. Folios that are marked as public/free will not appear up if the Viewer is a iTunes with subscription.

• DPS App Builder sign and p12 download problem

  I'm working on my first multi-folio application. I created the app in DPS App Builder, but downloading the .ipa, dialogue sign file and download the p12 file flags.

  I have recreated the p12 and mobileprovision file, rebuilt the app and the same problem occurs. I looked at the forum and there was a suggestion that these files placed in the root folder, but the situation remained unchanged.

  According to the key chain and my Apple Dev account, all certificates are valid.

  My dist and IOS development certificates were created several months ago. Don't know that it has nothing to do with the CERT mobileprovision and p12 who were newly created today, but wanted to mention where I have to redo all the certification files to this step.

  Any ideas appreciated.

  I thought about it. I was confused the p12 for notifications of type file push with the original developer p12 file. All fixed.

  There are two different platforms Android - Amazon and Google. DPS apps support in-app purchases for individual sheets in both platforms, but DPS apps support subscriptions than on Amazon. Support for the Google game subscriptions should be available later this year, if everything goes as planned.

• DPS App generator - problem creating Android app

  Hello.

  I seem to have a problem of creating an Android application of in DPS App generator. I wonder if someone could help see if I am doing something obviously wrong.

  With my app work (which works fine in the Preview on the Viewer application), since InDesign I then...

  1. select my Folio and the menu «Create App»

  2 when the Builder App Launches, I only see the option to create an iPad app. If I logout and back again using the same account, I can see a list of previously created applications. I can select "create new" at the bottom of the screen and go through all the steps correctly (app name, icons and splash screens etc.) and without error.

  3. I then finished creating the application and I'm able to download the .apk on my desk (after selection of the .p12 and the password)

  4. when I load this on my Nexus 7 and run, I get the splash screen and a white screen

  Here's the thing... Although I seem to have created an Android application, I don't know if I have actually , as I have not see any references to the Folio at the start of the version of Android (step 2 above). In addition, the file size seems too small for the included assets. I have created an 'empty' app that includes only the icons, the splash screen and the name (if necessary).

  For the record, the account I log within the App Builder is a DPS Professional Account.

  Using the workflow 'Create App"from the popup menu in Indesign is the workflow for a unique editing application integrated. And currently integrated unique edition app is not supported on Android, but because of that when you go through your workflow, you will only see the iPad and not Android app option.

  If you create an Android app, it must be a multi issue about where you post your your dahsboard folio and publish the same Folio to the distribution of Adobe server. And that you specify the ID of title as ID where you published the folio in your application builder when you create your android application.
