DPS content viewer for custom application

Our company has a dedicated, application built for an ipad that we use to get the documents in PDF format and output video to our sales staff.  I am wanting to integrate DPS folios and need to understand what Viewer is required for the application to recognize the DPS folios?

There is no way to do it now, we do not offer an SDK to integrate the DPS in another application.

You could approach this contrast, by building a DPS app that shows folios and use something like PDF4DPS (http://www.pdf4dps.com/) of CrossIP to convert your PDF documents in sheets for display within the same application.

    IM wondering if it is possible to include any DPS created inside a custom App. content type with an application created by DPS App Builder, but with custom iOS App capabilities side.

  • Can DPS Content Viewer view PDFs as well as FOLIOS?

    Unable to find the question earlier, I asked...

    I'm creating an application with Adobe DPS, it is a library. The interface will be done with the storefront - and I want to have the ability for people to browse several categories for books, such as Amazon and bookstores online.

    I want the App to do the following:

    I want the application to be a bookstore where people can go in different categories, download and purhase of digital versions of books. The DPS App Viewer can be used to view the PDFs as FOLIO files? Because we will potentially have hundreds if not thousands of books come to us - and I want to be able to give publishers the ability to use PDFs and FOLIO files.

    Second question is - when people look at the App, can they go into different categories, browse and download FOLIO files by categories? I don't care how they are classified in the library, I just listed in the window. If so, how should I do this?

    I have a question regarding the "Adobe Content Viewer".

    Is it legal to use the "Adobe Content Viewer" to publish a magazine of society (-> diversion! Adobe!) ?

    Society magazine should be available only to employees of our clients.

    I read in this forum that an Adobe ID should be used by one person.

    I augur of what we cannot use an Adobe ID for all employees. Each employee needs a clean Adobe ID.

    Is this fair?

  • Update Content Viewer for Blackberry Playbook

    When will it be available for Blackberry Playbook Content Viewer 2.2.0.  We built a folio of test, but when trying on a Playbook we receive an error message asking "Please update your application.  The version on the Playbook is 2.1.1.  We note that, on our IPad version is now 2.2.0

    Unfortunately, the tools v17 introduced changes that cause erratic behavior, with videos on the PlayBook. A viewer of updated content will not be displayed until these issues are addressed. To create a PlayBook app, use a previous series of producer Folio tools. Links to archived tools are located in the help system topic:

    When you use the viewer Builder to create the application, choose v16 'Version '.

  • Error when you try to update folio DPS Content Viewer

    Long story short, out of nowhere I can not update a folio in my iPad Content Viewer application.

    I get the error message:

    Error during download

    Try your download again later.

    This has never happened before, everything went smoothly so far. Please see the screenshots below.

  • Limits for Adobe Content Viewer for iPad. Is there a limit?

    Hello group.

    I built a prototype of my project to share with our team of advertising under a custom connection. Sales reps would download the Adobe Content Viewer on their iPads and use a single Adobe ID to view this project. There are approximately 50 sales representatives who would be loging using the same login.

    Is it possible that multiple users could connect you with the same login?

    I ask because some sales representatives can connect you while others may not.

    I try to use v23 to my publication and when I try to see in the ipad... Show me a pop up tells me I don't have a good version of happy viewer for v23 I have ipad

    I re - install the player adobe content to the new version and still does not work

  • How to recover customizations for custom Applications

    We are accustomed to deveolped OAF Pages and those who are enrolled in the responsibilities of custom Application.

    Now when we do customizations on these pages OFA custom personalization documents are not generated.

    Functional administrator of navigation-> personalization-> Import/Export

    as I enter the Application name XXAPL Custom Application and click go it throws error
      Error 
 oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSException: "/oracle/apps/xxapl" not found in repository.
    can anyone suggest why the customization documents are not seen where exactly these documents are generated

    In this path with the /CustomTop test. Do not type anything in the scope, and then click the Go button.

    I even looked at my end and I am able to see all my personlizations.

    It looks like a web viewer exists. How can I run a customer/consumer to download and view the application on a desktop computer?

    Connect two times. that should load your folios, there is a bug causing this behaviour. If you get the authentication failure message, go to the DPS dashboard and sign in with your ID, agree. Then it should allow you to login.
