  Hi Jay

  It is a normal behavior. When you hide things in the timeline panel, you are only hiding YOUR view as an author of Captivate. This allows you to get in the way temporarily while you work on other objects.

  For example, you have maybe five legends that appear all in the same location, but at different times. So, you want to hide all but one you are interested in when editing.

  It seems, based on what you posted that you expect the feature also hide the object during playback. That won't happen in general. However, if you really don't want to hide it during playback, and you have Captivate 4, they have added a new feature to the properties. It is located under the Options tab and is labelled "Visible."

  I know the issue seems vague but could not figure out how to describe it correctly. What I want is to create a web page similar to this one: http://www.madebysofa.com/ it seems like a minimal design, but when you click on one of the submenus, it opens a section/hidden layer of nowhere while the page scrolls on it at the same time. Is it possible to recreate the same effect on Adobe Muse? If this is not the case, do you know what we call this function?

Only happens when you play these games, but not always. Have checked with HWmonitor and time, temperatures are OK. Also, run Diagnostics of HP hardware that has not found any problems. What can be? I guess THAT fan?

  Thank you for your question. Right now, your question was refitted to the Helpdesk and to examine the issue, I will need a little more troubleshooting information.

  First please try to access the page in a private window, and then try to reproduce the problem in Mode safe, if it is not reproducible in Mode without failure, then one of the extension or pug-ins can affect scripts on this page.

  "Try Mode without failure of Firefox to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  • Under Windows, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.

  Thank you very much for your quick response.  I feel like such a fool, I did the restore of the system without good results.  I use a wireless mouse that connects to my port... usb it appears there is a problem with the mouse!  I deleted and returned to the use of touchpad and scrolling no more problems!

  You get a pop-up window or dialog style without menu or the toolbar either? In this case:

  38 of Firefox has a little problem with this combination of circumstances:

  (1) turned off tabbed browsing
  (2) viewing a page in a private window
  (3) you click on a link encoded with target = "_blank", which launches the link in a new window

  The new window opens without menus, toolbar, scroll bars, etc.

  Work on this bug is in progress, but I don't know if the fix will be available in the coming weeks. These are the known workarounds so you can continue using windows browsing private - one of them will work around the bug:

  (1) use tabbed browsing (there is a checkbox in Options > general > "Open new windows in a new tab instead");

  Okay, that was a bit more complicated than expected. You can solve the problem by adding the following to your screen layout to CSS:

  {div.contentholder}

  Overflow-y: auto! important;

  -webkit-too-full-scrolling: touch;

  }

  {iframe.wTopic}

  Width: 99%! important;

  height: 99%! important;

  }

  I tested on mini iPad (iOS 8.1), Chrome on Android (5.0 & 4.4), IE, FF and Chrome.

  This fix works for both the Theme3_black than the Theme1_standard.
