  OK, I have the same problem 12 different times where I virtualize the same program.  Whenever I try to run virtualized program, I always get the message "481 invalid picture" and I was wondering if anyone knows what it means and if so, how to fix?

  It is difficult to say something like that about the question facing you. As I understand it when you launch the app, you get an error saying "481 invalid picture", and to understand the reason behind this can you if please generate ThinApp Log Monitor trace files and download them so that I can take a look. To generate the log files:

  -clean the sandbox,

  -launch the ThinApp Log Monitor utility,

  -Launch your application and that the error occurs

  -kill the app and download trace files generated.

  The following steps may be worth a try:

  Insert your memory card into your Media Player...

  Close all windows that can be opened...

  Reach... Start / computer...

  What is the memory card show as a drive letter? (if your Media Player)
  has several slots, there will be several removable disks listed... the
  SD card will be one of them)

  If_Yes_right click on the drive letter correct and in the menu... Choose...
  Explore... now you should see the directory of the memory card.

  From there you should be able to drag and drop or copy and paste the
  files in a folder on your hard drive.

  This happens because the value type for the wrong shell folder, or due to incorrect data in the registry. To resolve this problem, solve the My Pictures Shell folder paths in the registry accordingly. The default values are given in a column in a table in the following article. There is also a REG fix available on the next page:

  Thanks for the reply. I tried a file from this location and no joy... But I solved. This folder, I just deleted the [username] .dat file, and then it let me change the image very well. I guess for a reason that the .dat file had become corrupted.

  Here's what I've seen publishers do to achieve this:

  1 deploy your image to your site, copy the URL.

  2. next to the image, create a button 'Download' and set the action to open the URL of the image in the browser (the device browser). Then the image can be downloaded easily.

  So for you iTunes connect to iOS 9.x, you need iTunes 12.x or better that requires OSX 10.8.5 or better.
