  Please disable all of the component of creative cloud on your computer & turn it on again.

  Example:

  (1) open Photoshop.

  2) go to help and select Disable.

  (3) it will deactivate the creative cloud together.

  (4) now turn it on again.

  This will activate the creative cloud together with Acrobat DC.

  I use a Mac Intel Core, OS X Yosemite, which is new.  I had to transfer files from my old Mac, which included an older version of Adobe CS.  These have been deleted, I can't get around the error messages.  I used Adobe Cleaner.  I can't find the files that these errors make reference either.  So I am at a loss.  Help, please.

  I had this problem on a Windows PC.  Updates MAC had NO problem.  All other applications are updated on the Windows PC without problem.

  1. we tried to uninstall and do a fresh install... but it still does not work on the upgrade PhotoShop CC.

  2. we tried to run the update as an administrator on the machine and it did not change the error.

  3. we tried using the TWO creative Cloud Desktop Updater and ALSO the Action of PhotoShop Update.  Both failed with the same error.
