  For users to create and give certain permissions to them, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1 > connect to Administration and open the RPD in online mode.
  2 > click on manage---> security
  3 > it will show a window which displays users, groups, etc.
  4 > select user.
  5 > on the side right window right click and select new user.
  6 > a window will appear where you must type the user name, the description, and the password, and then click ok
  7 > your user name is created. Now save the RPD.
  8 > connection to presentation Services with the user you just created. This will create the user in your presentation.
  9 > now logg off and connect with the administrator user.
  10 > now go into the settings---> Administration---> interactive dashboards to manage and give the permissions you want.

  What is the name of the software product you are trying to install?  Have you tried to go to safe mode with networking Mode to install the software?

  To enter safe mode with networking Mode, press the Windows key + R to open the run

  Type Msconfig > OK

  Click on the Startup tab

  Check secure boot

  Check the networking

  Click on apply, Ok

  Reboot and you'll enter Mode safe mode with networking

  Now try to install software or download a new copy of the software and select run

  When you are finished before you restart, return to Msconfig and uncheck safe startup.  Click Ok and restart.

  This a complete scam and one that has become very common these days. . Don't think anything such a caller said, do nothing that he tells you to do and hang up on him immediately.

  At let them into your computer? If you did you are at serious risk for what they could have done it (installed spyware? Identity theft? Steal the passwords?), and I highly recommend that you do the two following:

  1 reinstall Windows properly

  2. change all your passwords, especially those of the financial institutions and online stores.

  I have not heard anything that converts AS1 to AS3 when saving a file, so it's probably you just agreed with the file saved as a 3.0 file... probably not changed the code.

  There is a world of difference between AS1 and AS3 such that just about everything in him sews code needing fixing.  What you should probably do is find another copy of the file saved is always 1.0 and use an older version of Flash to save it as a 1.0 after you have made changes to text.

  If not, there is a lot of code, you can try to show everything here and maybe someone will take a stab at fixing it... but don't get your hopes too high.
