• Studio 8 to CS3 upgrade Question

  We currently have a fairly large Flash ActionScript 2.0 application designed in Flash 8 that we must maintain.
  
  I would like to move to CS3 and ActionScript 3.0 and trying to determine if there is no problem to do the upgrade and keep the two Flash 8 and Flash CS3 running successfully on the same computer at the same time.
  
  Customer support told me that it is legal to do so and they think it's technically possible.

• Dreamweaver CS3 instead of CS4

  I design for print and each year more and more customers have asked me if I would design their website after that I designed their brochures and other related material. For the past nine years, I never found the time to learn web production. I bought Adobe PageMill and then upgraded to Adobe GoLive 5 but I never found the time to learn from these programs. But lately, Web design applications have persisted. I downloaded the trial version of Dreamweaver CS4, but it is too slow on my 1.25 GHz G4 MDD two-way, running Mac OS 10.4.11.
  
  So, I bought the Dreamweaver CS3 upgrade, which was still available from Officemax.com. I also bought "Dreamweaver CS3: The Missing Manual ' by David McFarland. I'll go through the tutorials the weekend trying to become functional with Dreamweaver.
  
  I'll use it in WYSIWYG mode and not as a HTML coder.

• Relocation of existing in Dreamweaver CS3 Web site is my question. I just installed a new OS (windows7) on my PC. I reinstalled my Dreamweaver CS3 software, yet, now none of my files are in the right column for the management of my site.

  I'm trying to restore my Dreamweaver site designed in Dreamweaver CS3 after installing a new operating system (now Windows 7). I have re-installed the Dreamweaver CS3 software, so that now all my files are no longer in the right management of Dreamweaver Panel. My site as a whole is saved on a hard drive. It seems that one should be able to import GOLD, even reglisser the entire site (all files) to the existence in the right panel. My 900 + pages manual says nothing about this work. My server host (HostGator) has me download FileZilla for help, yet, so I'm not a computer person will have a difficult time to get more. Anyone have any experience with that can offer assistance? It would be most appreciated. Thank you!

  Go to Site > new Site > DW to tell it where your Site on your hard drive folder.

  Example: C:\YourSiteName.  See screenshot.

  I have the full version of Dreamweaver CS3. I bought and installed the Dreamweaver CS4 upgrade. Both are listed in my applications. Can I safely uninstall CS3 now to clear the room?

  I did and it worked very well.

  I've upgraded to Leopard last week, and when I open pages on Dreamweaver 8, I got an error of reading that it was a "the file locked and can be read but not changed.» Each page does this. If I tried to created a new page and save it on my site, I get a message saying "Access to the Macintosh HD refused."
  
  I read on the Adobe site that DW8 would not fully supported by Leopard, and that the questions were inevitable. So I bought the CS3 upgrade, and I get the EXACT SAME MESSAGES! Anyone know how I can get Dreamweaver to get me back in?

  Well, an update of a $200 later, I found that I had put my folder root on my zip as a backup drive, and left the COPY on my HD Wow I'm stupid.

  Told me to ask this question on the forum about an error I get with Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, it's a key to license of Volume used by my company, but she has managed activation too, and I have more access to previous computers it has been installed on (or discarded decomisioned).

  I talked via an online discussion for activation reset, but I always get the following error message when I try to activate my paper in Dreamweaver CS3.

• Update to Cs4 Dreamweaver cs3 does not

  I try to install dreamweaver cs4 on a new mac.  It's an upgrade, I already had a version of cs3 on an older machine and updated.  I upgraded a while ago and used the upgrade on my old mac for several years. Now try to install the upgrade on the new mac. Dreamweaver shows the serial number entered does not match the product you selected (I chose the previous version of dreamweaver cs3 in the drop-down list.) It is a valid upgrade, it worked before! Why it does not work now? Help!  I do not use enough of Dreamweaver to justify another purchase of the new CC version.  I spent a ton of money on the software I already have!

• Sudden error message Dreamweaver CS3

  After years of using Dreamweaver CS3 suddenly he decided not to open. He said the license for this product has stopped working and I had to uninstall and reinstall or contact Adobe customer support. They refuse to help since CS3 is no longer supported.

  Have you tried CS3 download & installation from the web site and activate it with your serial number?

  Download the CS3 products

  Keep in mind, CS3 is no longer supported.  It is 11 back in 2015 CC versions.  The most recent operating systems does not support it.  So if you use software, do not upgrade the OS of your computer.

  It was because I was installing directly from network dump.

  I managed to install and register the software.

  I am now using a Windows computer and I would like to:

  (1) uninstall Dreamweaver CS3 on my old MAC computer

  (2) install them, and then enable Dreamweaver CS3 on my new computer Windows

  Could you please help me how to go about that?

  You can not. Serial numbers are platform specific and platform swaps are available only for the current version which is CS6. CS3 is also too old to qualify for an upgrade so that your only options are buy CS6 or subscribe to the creative Cloud of Dreamweaver version.

  Version CS3 is not at all compatible with the new version of Mac. So, if you use new MAC then upgrade to CC version. You can also use Dreamweaver CC and all other adobe applications and use them for free for a month as a trial. If you have an option to use it before you buy it. And new versions are all compatible with MAC 10.9.3.
