  It is difficult to understand, from your description, what is your problem.  What is your view or is it a slow response?  When computers are running OK in Mode safe mode but not in Normal Mode, it is usually caused by a program that runs at startup in Normal Mode but not in Mode without failure.  To debug this type of problem, you must use "msconfig" to enable / disable startup items until you find the source of the problem.

  Whenever you think that disk errors, the first thing you can do is run "chkdsk" with the /F or/r option (or use one of the boxes, if using the graphical user interface).  WARNING: It will be after the next reboot, takes usually 1 to 2 hours (or more if there is a lot of drive problems) and can not be interrupted.

• Acrobat Pro XI crashing constantly. Tried everything without success.

  Hi all. I have problems of mega-frustrating with Acrobat 11.0.10. He is constantly crashing, especially when you try to combine PDF files.

  I tried absolutely everything (delivered in place, using the tool of cleaning etc.) does not.

  I was initially using Acrobat 9 when the problem started, I thought that update to 11 would correct the problem... no dice.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  HALLELUJAH! After months of searching, crying, cursing and hair pulling on the problem has been fixed.

  All came down to an update of the video card; He had stopped automatic updates.

  Anyone having this problem, make sure that your drivers of VC and the update and you should be on the right track.

  I created a simple ADF Fusion Web app using HR schema based on the Employees table.
  
  I try to run contextual events and I did the following:
  
  Created two taskflows: TaskFlowA and TaskFlowB. TaskFlowA has a form based on the employees and TaskFlowB has a table based on the employees.
  
  Run the page and everything works.
  
  Now, in the property inspector, based on the button submit, I added a contextual event to post the event.
  
  Attempt to run the page again and I get a compilation error:

• 2 fatal errors trying to install illustrator

  Trying to install Illustrator CC (2015) of the CC program. I get these 2 fatal errors. It's on a Windows 10 x 64 computer. I have Dreamweaver, first and Fireworks already installed and they work very well since I bought this license. Got a .ai file and I wanted to open with Illustrator but I fought it all morning.   I didn't have Internet Information Services is installed initially, and I discovered that if it is not installed, it may cause this error, so I installed it, but I still get the error. No idea what can be causing this?

  Could you change the URL:

  'http://localhost/router/'.

  And see what happens.  There is an extra forward slash [/] at the end of the URL

  After back if this does not work.

• Migration to new iMac CS4 generates a fatal error

  HI, I have CS4 installed on an older iMac.  I just bought a new (without a hard disk).  I've migrated all my files in any of the new machine.  CS4 gives me the following error when I try to open the image.  Fatal error - component missing/Library/Application Support / Adobe / Adobe Version Cue CS4/Client/4.0.0/VersionCue.framework.  (Tail version has already been disabled in photoshop and Bridge) Any help will be much appreciated

  Very well. Muse worked great for me for about 2 months. I have the Adobe Cloud subscription. About 3-4 weeks ago it stopped allowing me to logon. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried literally everything I could find on this support site. I'm very excited that I am paying to use this program, but have not been able to work or change my sites in about a month. Nothing on this site support has helped...

  Here is the fix published by an Adobe employee about 2 weeks ago. It seems that one of the files is damaged and needs to be deleted. Here are the instructions to find this file and delete it.

  You're on Mac or Windows? Did you find the OOBE folder?

  on Mac: / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

  Windows XP: Settings\Application Data\Adobe\OOBE

  on Windows 7: \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Note the built-in Mac file search functions and Windows will not detect hidden files or folders. If you are not familiar with how to navigate to folders/files hidden on your computer:

  on Mac: use the "Go to folder" item in the "Go" in the Finder menu and enter "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE" (without the quotes). Delete the file opm.db.

  on Windows: click Start. Type run and press ENTER. Type "% localappdata%\Adobe\OOBE\" (without the quotes) and press ENTER. Delete the file opm.db.

  Silverlight version 5.1.10411.0

  When I try to view content through Netflix, I get an error n8156-6003 DRM. I tried every "fix" I can find via Google searches and nothing has worked. I tried:

  Returning to earlier versions of Silverlight
  Connected and 'Run as administrator' in IE, Firefox and Chrome

  For those who have solved the problem by using everything above - that's fine. However, there are a large number of people who are still struggling with this seemingly intractable situation and, it seems, neither Netflix nor Microsoft are doing something to fix - other than to blame the other for the problem that does nothing to fix!

  I am able to run Netflix problems MB XP on the same computer.

  I had the same problems with Win 7 Pro SP1 64 bit all updates and IE11 with Silverlight 5.1

  Tried everything without success.  Support MS wants to charge me for a support package Premium fix their broken SW because Windows 7 is now an 'old' operating system.  I refused.

  Netflix works in chrome, but I won't use chrome, and Netflix is not an option to use Flash Player as does Amazon Video.

  All that said, earlier, I encountered the same problem and it was resolved by finding Silverlight in the start menu shortcut, do a right-click on the properties, and then on the tab compatibility, check run with administrator privileges. I hope that this will help this go round.

• Question of menus. XML trying to launch Dreamweaver CS4

  I used Dreamweaver CS4 for many years on my Mac. I had a disk failure and had to reload all my apps from scratch, because there seems to be a problem with the time Machine upwards. Everything works well outside of Dreamweaver CS4, which shows an error message telling me to remove my menus.xml file and rename menus.bak menus.xml that everything just works.

  I checked and this has been asked before but none of the previous answers I have found will work for me. Any new ideas?
