  For better support please give us the exact error code.

  This could well be a virus problem. If your step would be to run a full scan of PC online using the following link:
  http://OneCare.live.com/site/en-us/Center/whatsnew.htm
  Then, go to your Control Panel and open "Programs and features" and tell us what version of the Java Application you have.

  If you have a Version that is older, then you must remove the older version of "Programs and features" and install the latest version by visiting here: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

  It is normally acceptable to load new versions of Java on top of older versions, but in this case we want to start over with a latest full version.

  Scroll down a bit to the "Download Windows Section" and download/install "Windows 7".

  After download/install this newer version. Close all windows and applications that may be running and "restart" your computer.

  Then click the link once more to return to the download page and select the link that reads "Check Java has been installed properly" If the application downloaded/installed correctly then this test will let know you that Java is working properly.

  Your last step would be to run a malware scan using this link:

  Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.

  I am a new user of the NMP and trying to download data from my CSP collector on the smartservices portal.  I get a java error on two different computers with different versions of java (7u40, 8u71).  Anyone seen elsewhere and know a fix?  My CSP is 2.5 v.

  SSH on the manifold and run the command "sudo service epsc restart" and then reconnect and try again. Looks like that the service may be suspended.

  I used the script submit_ticket.aef of your repository with success on the IPCCX 3.5.3sr2, 4.1.3sr1 CCM for several months now. The scripts have not been updated, but now we receive loads of java errors after we click on submit:

  The problem can be solved by following the steps below

  1. connect the sensor.

  2. run the tls - generate the command key.

  3. make sure that the certificate is generated.

  4 Add the device again. It should work now.

  Problems of experiancing again. I tried to uninstall dreamweaver then re - install, but who did not stop the problem. At the opening of dreamweaver, I get a javascript error that looks like this:

  You can try this simple fix-

  Stop DW.

  Find the folder-

  C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver
  8\Configuration\WinFileCache-*.dat
  (these files are normally hidden - you may have to use Explorer > tools >)
  To view the Folder Options)

  or on Mac-
  / Library/Application Support/Macromedia/Dreamweaver
  8/configuration/MacFileCache-*.dat

  and delete it.

  Restart DW. Works better?

  My first foray into a dreamweaver cs4 page created using Java Script. Inserted.

  I used a slideshow of discoloration found online. It works well, but I'm having a small problem.

  The first image fade at the same rate as the rest of the show, this means that for a few seconds, you get the white space with the Red Cross in the corner until the image a loads.

  If one is a master of Jave Script I would be happy to sen them the code to take a peek.

  You have several errors on your page that must be resolved, even if they are not responsible for your problem...

  Now - the delay you see is probably caused by the weight of the page with all these images.  The page itself is 178K, and you have 14 rotating images, each of which is about 30K.  The rotation can't start before the fires of body tag onLoad attribute, which will not happen until all these images have been retrieved from the server.  Once the rotation begins, it proceeds at a reasonable pace.
  Your page refers to what the default image for the slideshow-
  
  
  But this image is not on the server.  I would just replace the first image in the slideshow.

  Install own OS. Update of Windows Vista SP1, SP2 and all post-SP2 hotfixes.

  Update all hardware device drivers * hardware device manufacturer * directly.  Do not use if possible built-in Windows drivers.

  Upgrade to the latest version of your Internet browser.

  Install JRE 7 (current version).  Don't forget that you have 32-bit Windows, you install only the 32-bit version.  If you have 64-bit Windows - install the 32-bit versions and 64-bit.

  If you still have a problem of "java" - go to the support for Java - because it is not a Windows problem.

  1. use this little program, microsoft, called "Fix it" Web site
  http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
  2 uninstall your java (I couldn't uninstall it because he was looking for jre1.7.0_17 - c.msi file, also when I tried to upgrade to the latest version so I was stucked)
